The food is good. We tried a few açaí bowls but they don't really have açaí taste in them. The smoothies taste good as well. The service is average but some of the employees are particularly helpful. The ambience would be great if they would switch on the beautiful fire place when it's cold there, because it is cold in there. Besides, most of the food and drinks are cold. Great place for a Summer meal.
Ordered banana peanut butter toast and it arrived cold and all the toppings had slid off due to the size of the container it was placed inside the bag on it's side. Then the Acai Elixir smoothie I ordered has hardly any taste. It's more of a juice consistency than a smoothie and is thoroughly lacking taste. I paid over $20 for these two items to be delivered. Very disappointed.
It's great to have a place where you can get food fast that's not disgusting, processed or old. The juice was so refreshing and the salad was lovely. The dressing was a little thin but it was still delicious.
My smoothie tasted like water. I don't even have high standards, but I was so confused. My one little hummus toast was floating in this giant container and the hummus seemed like it was melting and it was honestly a hot mess. We have one of these in Eugene, and I'm curious to get the same thing and see if it is better. I have had several things from the Eugene store and liked it. I was so excited to try this place and have it be my new food after going to OHSU, but alas, that was pretty bad. The staff were working, that didn't seem to be the problem. Are they skimping on ingredients and care?
$10.99 for this, and yall didn't get it right. You turn the screen around, and the lowest tip amount starts at 20% ???? I asked for the missing toppings, and this is what I got. The female workers seemed to have an attitude. It's not worth your money.
I normally don't leave reviews but after reaching out to the owner with my complaints and being completely ignored, I felt compeled as I sense this is the attitude of all employees and the owner as well. I went to the restaurant and I inquired about if Moringa changed the flavor of anything I ordered, and was told by the staff that the poster "says what it is". Okay, thats not my question. I started to order the orange Carrot juice, and changed my mind which seemed to irritate the staff; even though it hadnt been started. There was no one else in the store so I wasn't holding up a line. I ended up ordering and receiving the Tropical Paradise Smoothie. To be honest, it had little to no flavor. I don't expect a "Jamba Juice" flavor, as I know that is artificial. However, I did expect a little more flavor to it. I have come in before, (to be honest, a few months ago) and ordered the C me up juice, which had so much ginger in it that it literally burned my throat. I had 2 other people try it and they couldn't handle to spice either. They pressed me to call in....but I didn't because I do not typically complain for no reason. I worked in food service for 12 years myself. When I went back to the store immediately today with my $8 tropical smoothie, I was basically told "thats tough...its a personal preference". When I requested to speak to a manager, the girl Christina I was speaking to stated that she was the manager. When I inquired about reaching out to the owner, Christina took a long time retrieving your info....and just pushed a sticky note with the owners email on it towards me. I had to ask who this was contact information for, and why it wasn't a phone number. The obvious annoyance at my continued presence was more than uncomfortable. I guess I am wondering if that is truly the business model at this establishment? I wasn't looking for a free smoothie. I was more than willing to give it back, or maybe try a different flavor or anything. I am also a little more than disappointed in the customer service I received.
I went today to get a vitality bowl and I was incredibly disappointed! I paid almost $13 for this bowl and it barely had any fruit! Not even 2 strawberries! The pieces were super small and the bowl was not even full! I will not go back there! Not worth it. Do not waste your money here.
The customer service is the worst in this place. I’m not sure why they always in a bad mood and give attitude when someone is trying to order. Second the smoothie I got I didn’t even drink it because they really didn’t put any effort to make it. Never going to this place again!
