Big ????to these guys who got me in on the same day after Newton's National Tyres refused to do a MOT due to crisps that i use for work being on the back seat and in the foot wells ????.
I actually suspect the mischievous dog who made the mess of popped bags, furry, and real cow ear being in the mix was what made National freek ????????.
Anyway, top guys, car passed without any of what you normally worry about visiting a new garage.
Definitely have a long-term customer in me.
Make sure you check the poster behind the counter on prices had me cracked ????.
Last time I took my Lexus GS for a MOT and everything was faultless. Didn't take more than 30min. Went to another garage and I had to drop the car off and come back later on. Today I'm booked again for a MOT and can't wait.
Broke my car bonnet and refused responsibility. No problem if they'd put their hands up and said really sorry, something has happened. I understand that accidents happen, that would be fine! Just walked off saying it was already broken when I dropped it off and left me on the forecourt to deal with the problem myself. Why would I bring my car to be fixed if I knew they couldn't access it? That's a waste of everyone's time.
Took the car back for the MOT retest (which took slightly longer because I had to fix the bonnet they broke) and they tried to charge me again for a full test. Terrible customer service and dishonesty. Will never use again.
I always take my car for it's MOT here because I know they'll never rip me off with imaginary faults. Only one downfall is that it's cash only but the 2 mechanics here are well worth it. Nice guys and very honest. That counts for a lot in my book!
If you like your car,AVOID this garage.
I went there to pass my MOT test, and they totally broke my car, which was very reliable before visiting their garage.Then I asked them to fix my car as it was their fault, as the mechanics are incompetent,and even my neighbours which don't have mechanical skills, know how to deal with this kind of car,and the mechanics didn't know that,and they have exploded my suspension fluid tank.I was totally shocked when I saw my car.They refused to fix the car of course.I had to contact Citizen advice bureau to get the car back to be fixed, and they fixed it for few day,and then the car developed the same problem, probably they fixed it temporary.Car is still not running after 3 months,as the fixing would cost me at least £500-600.
So, if you like your car just find another garage!!
They brilliant they all polite there n if you got issues they will find it they cheaper than most I been to n you won't be there all day either they fast efficient n friendly n not costly
Brilliant little garage who have done a fantastic job on mine and my daughters car in the past two months. I would highly recommend them for all your car repairs. Very responsible prices as well
