Awful AWFUL awful communication - kids getting home an hour late and the bus driver picking up 15 minutes early and kids missing the bus. My daughter said her driver drives like a maniac and her and her friends are bouncing all over the place and out of their seats. You call to find out where the bus is and the staff is extremely rude. There is virtually nothing good to say about this bus company, sadly. We have been using it for 10 years… because we have zero alternative choice. Yuck.
They are constantly running an hour late and making our high school/middle schoolers miss their first class. This company is a total joke. Give better pay and hire more people.
Absolutely ridiculous company for a school pick up bus company. First day of school for my 1st grader and they were over 45 minutes late and she missed over a hour of school. When I called to complain they hung up on me telling me to call back when I'm not upset. I had 6 kids crying at the bus stop wondering why they forgot them. Now my daughter's first day of school is ruined because of them. On the phone with them, instead of apologizing, they fed me excuses. Absolutely ridiculous company
Having a 9 yr old child picked up at 6:00am
when school starts at 7:30am is absolutely unacceptable! For those of you who state they don’t have enough drivers then they need to increase there pay and benefits and they might get some more employees! So
disappointed and of course they blamed our school board who approved the schedules!
Totally ridiculous ???? I told them I was going to follow the bus route to find out just exactly where my child was going for
1 1/2 hrs and they told me that was harassment and they would call the police!
They do their best as bus drivers. Are all of the drivers good? Probably not but atleast they get our children where they need to be. To all the people I see complaining in the reviews I just want to say... Be the change if you don't like what's going on. Get a job here and see if you can do it better and if you can great!! The world needs more bus drivers to bring our kids to school and to make a lasting impact on their mornings and evenings.
Absolutely terrible company. They confirmed my preschooler would be riding the bus Mondays and Wednesdays but somehow she was forgotten about and no one helped her off the bus when her stop came. Mind you shes 4 years old and has never been on a bus before. When I called in a panic because my 4 year old had been missing for over an hour it took them 20 minutes to even confirm if my child was on the bus and I was told by Sandy that "it was my childs fault for not getting off of the bus". Again, shes 4. Sandy was beyond rude and annoyed to be dealing with me and acted as if there were no problem. Since then there is a new PM bus driver dropping her off almost every time, and my daycare provider regularly has to chase the bus down to get my child off. The woman that picks her up from daycare and transports her to preschool is always rude and pushy. I have no doubt that this bus company would easily let my preschooler get off at any stop she would choose to, be it the right stop or not. Im beyond annoyed that this bus company is the ONLY option I have to send my child to preschool and that I pay money to such a terrible company. I hope Big Lake schools re-think doing business with this company next year.
My daughter is picked up at our house but dropped off at her grandma’s for after school care. This afternoon, there was a substitute with an assistant/trainer, and they forced my daughter to get off at our house. She doesn’t have a key because that’s not her afternoon stop. She then had to walk over 1/2 mile in the pouring rain to her grandma’s house. My daughter told them repeatedly that it wasn’t her stop but the driver forced her to get off. What if her Grandma lived further away or it was the dead of winter? I know other children walk this far each day but we live on a busy road with commuter train and farm traffic, with no sidewalks.
This seems to happen every year and when the bus company is contacted, they accuse my children of being rude to the driver. She was scared...not rude.
A bus driver wrote a bus discipline report to my child with autism, saying out of the seat while bus was in motion, i think the bus driver should to be trained first about how to deal with childs with discacities first, the bus driver was kinda yelling to me for this in a bad actitude, i told the bus driver my child has autism sometimes he doesn't catch when people talk to him, i very disspointed, where can i compliant about the bus driver? If someone can help to me, thank you.
