BE AWARE VANITY PLATES. $45 whether you’re there 5 mins or 12 hours. explains why there were so many empty spots. their cameras didn’t detect my license plate when i left after 4.5 hours, so i woke up the next morning to my bill STILL running up over $100. i had to call premiere (number was not on their site) and talk to an actual person to ONLY get charged $51 after taxes and fees.
All the 1 star reviews are about the price. I parked here for a show at the Brooklyn Bowl and it was $15 for 5hrs. The lot was easy to get into and check in . Not bad to get out of after the show either
Wish I could give zero stars. Would highly advise NOT to park at this lot. Rates are unclear but according to customer service it’s a $45 flat rate anytime - even if you’re there 15 minutes! When I drove in, I never received a confirmation text for my visit so I scanned the QR code and started one. I was there for less than 2 hours. This resulted in a $100 charge because I “started two visits”. I submitted a customer support ticket per website instructions but no response. Finally found a number to call that allowed me to speak to a human who refunded me for half but advised me to wait on an agent to respond to my ticket. My ticket was then closed without anyone reaching out and I had to continue to respond as they kept closing my ticket. Very shady business. Don’t park here.
METROPOLIS PARKING.... DO NOT USE THIS LOT OR THIS COMPANY. --- ZERO STARS!
$45 to park for a show. Ridiculous. They wanted to charge me $90. But at least I got the other $45 taken off.
3 weeks later, I get a charge saying I'm in Knoxville.
This company is fraudulent and dang near criminal.
Great location if you are going to Brooklyn Bowl but no signage or indication what the price is. My receipt was sent to me almost 48 hours later with a $45 price tag much to my surprise. This lot should be no more than $15-$20. There should be a law in Nashville requiring a lots to post pricing information that is easy to see.
Do not park here! I went to a sounds game thinking it would only be $15 or $20 and it turns out it was $45 plus fees. I didn’t see that price stated anywhere when I paid. It is absolutely worth it to park anywhere else. This is a scam and a rip off.
I had no idea I was going to be charged $40 for less than 2 hours. Evidently, you are expected to hunt for the details.
Paste from the customer service follows: "When a flat rate is in effect, the rate will be displayed as "Cost for 14 hours $40". By selecting "Parking rates", you are able to view more information about the rates and service fee, where it states, "You will be charged a $40.00 flat fee for every 14 hour period you park at this location"."
Prepare to pay $40 for any amount of time spent here. Rates are not clearly posted in the parking lot. Guess the rates are mentioned online which basically no one would research ahead of time anyway. Thanks
