Such a lovely, caring practice. The receptionists are very helpful and put your mind at ease, they really do go above and beyond. Calls are answered promptly. The online appointment form is great and works well and the GPs are amazing. This practice also cared for my dad, which I am internally grateful. Thank you.
I wrote a review 6 years ago as I was unhappy about waiting times. Since then I have had a generally good service from the surgery. Prompt call backs when needed and some extremely helpful input. Both from dr's and reception staff.
After using this surgery for approximately 15 years I have decided to leave a review.So here goes. I am always treated with courtesy and politeness by all of the reception staff and nurses.I find all of the GPs that have treated my ailments absolutely marvellous and extremely competent, extremely professional and caring. I feel that they treat me as an individual not just hurrying me in and out which is really appreciated. I would also like to thank Cali and Sharon for their help the other day. Haven’t used the GP’s in years and wasn’t sure how the online booking system would work and have heard horror stories of how difficult it is to get a GP appointment but this worked so well. Online form completed at 08:45 and received a call within half an hour offering me an appointment for two hours later. Very very efficient and punctual and the GP was great.
Recently moved from another local GP who shall not be named, and finding this service a total contrast in all good ways. Very responsive reception and always been offered an appointment within a reasonable timeframe (compared to “we will call you back in 2 weeks to discuss whether you need one”). Very worth the admin faff of moving
Lovely kind helpful receptionist. Requested a non urgent call from a GP. GP called back around an hour later, was really helpful and listened. Highly recommended this friendly and caring Practice.

I don’t have anything but praise for this surgery. The doctors and nurses are friendly and provide a good standard of care. The receptionists are helpful and clearly very effective at triaging; if you need an appointment in my experience you will be seen that day or the following day. Even when I had a problem I wanted to come back about as I was worried, they were accommodating and helped reassure me nothing was amiss, rather than dismissing me. Data requests are also handled efficiently. Thank you for what you do.
