Excellent service. It is hard to find a trustworthy auto shop, especially a girl taking in her own vehicle. If you are a woman taking in your own vehicle, I feel you can trust Vincent and not get ripped off. He explained what was going on with my vehicle and did a quote before starting any work. I highly recommend.
Vincent's Auto Care is superb. I have used them for 3+ years, and I recommend them to everyone. They are honest, and they do good work. They have never done work on my car when it didn't need to be done, and their labor rates are fair. I was sold by their service when they fixed a problem that the dealership couldn't (for half the price the dealership charged).
Kent Vincent has taken care of a series of cars for me for the past 20 years - and I would trust my vehicles to no one else! He does excellent work, at affordable prices, with my needs always foremost. I recommend him most highly.
I highly recommend Vincent. Very clear headed and to the point. Repaired my trucks fuel module quickly and at a good price, a lot better than a dealership.
first visit gave me decent prices on a brake change. second visit they didnt write down my name or phone number or what was wrong with my car. so the day that it was supposed to be worked on they spent all day trying to find my phone number to ask what was wrong with it but had to SEARCH MY CAR TO FIND AN OLD RECEIPT TO FIND IT. if i didnt happen to have that receipt it would have sat there untouched until i called to ask about my vehicle. i asked when my vehicle would get worked on and he saids "its 30 mins till close on a friday so not till monday."
do not reccomend. obviously they arent even proffessional enough to keep proper records of their clients and their issues so why would i trust them with my car?
