My dad builds (Mopar) show cars & before he acquired his own paint booth, Vincent painted a lot of his chassis. Embarassingly, I too needed his services REGULARLY throughout high school. He would always laugh while assessing the damages and listening to my account of the events that led me to need his services...AGAIN. Twenty years later, and my driving skills have improved to the point where I haven't needed to call upon him. Recently, the paint on my relatively new Tahoe has been chipping & oxidizing...thanks Chevy. Vincent went above & beyond! They do quality work at a reasonable price. I normally don't write reviews, but I saw the two 1 star reviews & felt that I needed to defend him. I know both of the people who left those reviews (they're both wonderful people by the way). However, they both work in sales for a local media company, and I'm guessing that they were attempting to sell him some advertising & that is why he was unfriendly. While I understand that they were probably hurt by his response, those reviews have nothing to do with his quality of work, etc. I believe that a business review should reflect the experience and opinion of an actual customer.
Vincent was extremely rude to me on the phone. I will not sdo business with him or reccomend his business. It is not hard to be nice. Being a nice person goes along way.
