RUDE!!! Never since they took over have they had my monthly 2 x small boxes of repeat meds and tell me they need to order on the day I should have them!!! 20 years with previous owners without ever any issues and certainly no rudeness!!! I’m not surprised there’s such a high turn over of staff, if they speak to customers like they do, god only knows what their staff have to contend with!
One POSITIVE, staff member STEVEN, who is always POLITE and as helpful as is possible! I hope they don’t loose him too. I won’t know, I will not be using this pharmacy again and would NOT Recommend to anyone that can get themselves to any other pharmacy!
Why can this pharmacy never get your prescriptions right. I give them at least 2 weeks notice before picking them up and this time a month and I have only got half of the prescription total waste of time so now have to wait til Monday to get the rest. Not only that I have been given a strip on different meds in a box of the meds I should have previously ???????????????? of I could give a 0 mark I would
Staff have been rude and singularly unhelpful on more than one occasion. Very disappointing as this is our local pharmacy so would have liked to continue to use them but customer service is so important and a bad experience can really spoil your day
What an ignorant bunch. Worst customer service. The worst attitude of any pharmacy I have ever seen. Customer service skills zero. Never use again. .
Writing on behalf of an elderly patient who does not have access too the internet:
The last three prescriptions she has received, she has had the wrong patient's repeat prescription in the bag, this is something that should be taken very seriously.
This is a serious breach of patient confidentiality and not acceptable. I informed the pharmacy the first time but due too her being elderly she never realised the 2nd time and I have just gone too help her filling it out, too realise it is once again the wrong person's medication.
I will be looking too take her too another pharmacy going forward, this is a very serious matter and I may still take this further depending on the process involved.
Staff impatient and rude!

My experience of this pharmacy is excellent.
My prescription was not a stock item so needed ordering in. It arrived in 48 hours. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Considering how busy they are at the moment they did very well indeed. I will be using them from now on.
Had a bad experience at the pharmacy with an individual. This highly valued establishment gives repeat polite and informed service.Just can not understand how a person may consider so entitled to behave so.

The scribe was short an item.
Sadly I experienced a lady who I had never met before "fronting me down and accusing me of rude verbal conduct." There was denial of that item.
On asking for a more experienced staff member to explore my prescription item issue, she stormed off requested another member of staff, retuned and slammed the outside door which banged loudly closed. An agency man then approached looking anxious and clearly with an expectation of trouble, then opened the door I asked him if he had witnessed the door slamming which he denied despite in front of him.
He was very professional , became relaxed and quickly established the missing item along with the date prescribed. The exchange was concluded however the request for the ladies name was avoided and passed to another staff member who after repeated request wrote the name down. I am told the owner will be in on Thursday and I may discuss the matter then.
