Cannot recommend this place enough. We called Friday evening requesting a test drive and was booked in for 9am the next morning. John was so helpful and informative, and wasn't a 'pushy' sales person which we loved. He was just really friendly and gave us time to make the decision. We were so impressed that the morning after the test drive, we returned to the garage and bought the car. Will definitely be calling John again about any future cars, so impressed with his service, a total credit to the company!
Worst after sales service that I have ever experienced, my daughter has had the misfortune to purchase a BMW for £9740.00 on the 17th December 2022. It came with three tyres bordering on the legal limit (1.66 M) and one being replaced because of an MOT failure, of budget quality. Upon visiting the premises I was totally ignored by John Clay for ten minutes and when he did deign to acknowledge my presence I was treated with disdain from the outset. On leaving the premises he engaged in conversation with a motor mechanic (smoking & leaning against the wall) they appeared to be having a good laugh and when I stopped the vehicle and enquired as to what the joke was, I was further ridiculed . Still awaiting a call from "Mansel" and seriously considering to hand the vehicle back under the six month rule.
i purchased a used car in december and wish i hadn’t. i naively trusted john the salesman as he seemed genuine and trustworthy. being a woman i stupidly didn’t check the state of the tyres on the car. when my dad looked at them he was shocked as the front two are bald and he couldn’t understand how they hadn’t been renewed before the car was sold. don’t know how the MOT garage passed them? i have a 3 year old and am now worried about driving with her in the car? i’m in the process of having another MOT completed by an independent garage as i’m sure they will advise the tyres need replacing?!
at present the garage don’t want to help…

Bought a good quality van, for a fair price, also coming with a 6months warranty with an extensive list of repairs included within it, couple that with a very good professional and friendly Manor, and you've got yourself a good garage.. thanks.

Unfortunately I had an issue with the car, went back the next day and they found problem straight away and sorted it! Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend!
Wouldn't buy nothing from here! I brought a car here it had nothing but problems! Don't know how to do repairs as brakes fell apart while i was driving can't see obvious oil leaks and with in 5 days cars head gasket went! Ask for my money back and they tried to offer me less by a massive amount!!
Save your self the time and hassle and go somewhere that know what there doing!!
