We had such a lovely meal at Villa Napoli (Glendale hotel) The welcome and service was friendly, the staff were very attentive. The inside of the restaurant was nicely presented, the open plan kitchen and impressive pizza oven gave it a great atmosphere! Most importantly the food was fresh, delicious and great value for money. We will definitely return!

I cannot recommend the place enough. My work had messed up my booking, meaning I booked here at the very last minute and my allowance of £25 was carried over as I arrived super late. They spoiled me. Gave me a bottle of wine as I missed a night of food to take home for the Mrs.
The food was some of the best food I have ever had, especially the lamb....
Honestly. I will come back just to eat and I'm over 3hrs away.

The Villa Napoli has consistently been one of our favourite places to eat at for the past 20 years. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. It's lovely for a drink in the bar too. Highly recommended.
Great local & authentic Italian restaurant, based in ground floor of the Glendale Hotel, that has been a mainstay of Penarth for over 20 years.
Recently the main restaurant and kitchen have been significantly renovated in a tasteful way, which thankfully has still retained its great character.
Great to go to as either full restaurant or just drinks & food in bar side. Food is all beautifully and authenticity Italian.
pasta carbonara portions were small and expensive, the owner makes you feel rushed, food tasty enough, won't return.
When we entered, we just asked a polite question. The waiter replied in a sarcastic way and humiliated us in front of the other customers. All the staff is really mean. The food is too expensive and it’s definitely not worth the price. I definitely don’t recommend you visiting this restaurant.
