Top customer service, I called the garage around 1pm to see if they had any slots available for MOT , Naz went above and beyond , booked my car in for 2pm (same day) everything went smoothly, time keeping was exceptional and super efficient, Naz even gave advice on general maintenance ( thanks) .
As I watched from the waiting area, other staff members were kind and friendly , making sure i was warm ( it was a very cold day) and even offered me a hot drink. I would deffo recommend this place to all.
I'm extremely let down by Villa Cross. I've been a customer for car services in the past, but the one time I didn't do my M.O.T. there, they completely turned their backs on me. Their refusal to offer any advice or support just because I chose to get my M.O.T. elsewhere is both shocking and infuriating. It's hard to believe that a garage I trusted would be so unhelpful and withholding. In stark contrast, I found kindness and generosity at other garages I'd never visited before; they didn't hesitate to give me guidance and point me in the right direction to fix my car. Villa Cross not only charges too much but also lacks basic customer decency. They actually told me, "If you don't get your M.O.T. with us, we won't share any information with you." This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I am determined never to use their services again.
This is a very well known garage to the people who live local, people drive quite a distance to get their cars fixed or looked at, they have good mechanics working there and they charge a reasonable price, I've been there plenty of times, each visit being better then the last, their work is guaranteed, if your problem isn't sorted out don't pay, simple
I've been taking my car to this garage for a number of years now. I find them very reliable and friendly. I'm always given a fair quote/price, which is always a bit of a worry being a female going to a garage.
Wants to charge me 25 quid to diagnosis my car . I already told him the problem but he wasn't having it. The problem with these garages is they target one customer to make a full day wage. My advice is know about you car before you visit them or any mechanic.
Good garage with very helpful staff. Also got my mot at a reasonable price with great assistance all throughout. Would highly recommend.
