Forest is an excellent mechanic. His service has been invaluable to me over the years that he has been tending to my car. This includes his availability in numerous emergencies, where he has resolved issues quickly and efficiently. He has been extremely resourceful and has always found the most cost-effective means of dealing with any issues. I could not be happier, and am extremely grateful that Forest has been able to look after my car for all this time.
Forrest is the go-to guy, especially for service to ur Volvo. He’s taken care of my car for years at best pricing. I’m so happy he finally has his own shop to call home. HIGHLY recommended for honest and technically advanced service to your car!
My fuel pump went out at one of the worst possible times, in the midst of having so many obligations and things that needed to get done. I needed my vehicle back in service as soon as possible and, thankfully, Jacob was able to take a look at my vehicle much earlier than any of the other shops in town. He also got it fixed quickly and I had my ride back far sooner than would have been possible if I had taken it anywhere else other than J5. Truly grateful for the timely service and my vehicle is riding better than ever! Will definitely return for need service in the future.
Forrest helped me tremendously in an emergency. Not from Taos, I hit a rock in the road going into Taos. He got me in almost immediately. He stayed late to ID the problem and order parts. He came in early the next day to fix me. And he gave me a break on price cuz I was stranded. Forrest was great. He even did a search for a part number I still need later. He gave me that so I can buy it cheaper myself. I highly recommend this outfit.
I recently spent a long weekend in Taos and had my car break down right before the weekend. Out of every single auto shop I called in Taos, Jacob was the only shop that cared to see if they could get me in. Even though he was booked out, he found a bit of extra time to get my car taken care of. He was extremely fast, professional, and very well priced. He did an excellent job repairing my car. Without Jacob, I would have had to extend my stay in Taos and miss returning to work on Monday. Truly a very good shop, I highly recommend J5.
My brakes were not feeling right so I had them test drive my vehicle with me in it which was a mistake. The young man drove my truck like it was stolen, 45 in a 20 mph . ???? Extremely unprofessional. I was worried that he would crash my truck.
My Subaru had no heat. J5 was quick to get it in and quick to get it fixed. Good communication throughout the process! Will be using them for all my car needs
Jacob took in my car and found out why it wouldn’t start. It was a last minute service request, and I was out of town so I needed it to be looked at asap. Jacob did just that! Thank you again! I am home safe thanks to you. 10/10 recommend.
