Average food. Churros were yummy. Average cheese quesadilla. Guacamole was ok. The steak fajita nachos were ok. The cheese was a little runny so it was all on the plate abs thinly veiled on the chips. The steak on the nachos was pretty tough. Everything was super reasonably priced. Portions were very fair. My one thing that bugged me was $1.50 for pickled jalapeños for my nachos. Don't nachos typically come with jalapeños? But to charge for that is really petty. Just rubs me wrong to pay for that. We might be back.
2024-01-29: The complimentary chips and salsa were pretty good. I ordered the #11 combination dinner...a cheese Enchilada, a steak Burrito, and a chicken soft taco. The steak and chicken were very dry and tough. The red sauce on the Burrito seemed more like Marinara. The menu was filthy and had what appeared to be dried salsa on it (see photo). The waitress was fantastic and kept my cup of sweet tea filled. The other waitress checked to see if we needed anything...great teamwork! I was not impressed with the meal.
So me and my aunt went here on 6/10/23. The food was good and the food came out so fast even though my original order had my allergy in it so I had to reorder something else. And Shelby Storey was so kind to us and when I sat down I told her I was allergic to onions and every time I ordered something or ask something and she didn't know she has to Chef if they had onions in it. And a lot of waitresses won't do that. There was a bugs on the window sill.
Food was delicious. We at here 2 nights in a row. Unfortunately the young women who make up their aledgid wait staff leave a Lot to be desired. Great food absolutely horrible service. They need to hire adults.
What can I say, based on the reviews I was like hey let’s give them a chance, I am Mexican and I would NOT recommend this place at all… the Chile relleno was not what it’s supposed to be, pretty sure they used white American cheese eww, and also had marinara sauce on top of the Chile relleno… I was so disappointed, the rice was hard, taco was no good, they used packaged tortillas for sure. literally I didn’t like anything but the tamale but it was cold in the middle. The salsa and sweet tea were the best thing.
I personally wouldn't recommend. The food was OK, but when you order a cheese dip with jalapeño you aren't expecting slices of jalapeño, but more like diced. I haven't been to any other restaurant that gives out canned soda with no refills;except this one. One of the waitresses was vacuuming near us eating. (unacceptable in my eyes) YOU ARE THROWING UP DUST. Don't think I would go back.
The staff is nice. Extra charge for takeout, without complimentary chips and salsa. Watery enchiladas were not good. Not accommodating of dietary restrictions.
I used to like this place, but for whatever reason I got a really bad order last night and paid a good amount just got an enchilada meal, two chicken quesadillas, and two nacho cheese orders it was 35 and no drinks with that. They put the chips and nachos together in container so the condensation made the chips soggy and cheese was more liquidity, and chips were burnt some. Quesadillas were also soggy from being in a container. I was sick and sent my kid in to get it and didn't feel good enough to deal with it or I would've gave it back and went somewhere else. My kids barely ate it, I forgot to take pics of the rest when I got home.
