We went to Via 313 Pizza for the 1st time. We ordered cheesy bread, pepperoni pizza (4 piece), herbivore pizza 4 piece (with green peppers, onions, olives, and instead of mushrooms, pineapple). The pizza and cheesy bread were amazing. They were all deep dish (Detroit style), the crust was crispy, and the flavors delicious. We really loved the pizza sauce, that had a really great flavor. Our server was wonderful, too. Also, they have the option for gluten-free crust, although we didn't try that.
This place was amazing! We will definitely be back! Our server Tyler was awesome. The food is incredible! I wish I would have taken a picture of our pizza and our cinnamon sticks but after eating the roasted artichokes, I couldn’t even think straight - they were soooo delicious!! Everything was great! Cool vibe, too. Like I said - we will definitely be back!
Greasylicious! I had never before had deep dish pizza (aside from Lil Caesars) and this place did not disappoint. It was a great mix of chewy crust and crispy cheese without being sloppy or messy. The pizza sauce on the Detroit pizza was surprisingly flavorful and added a lot to the rest of the cheesy pepperoni-y composition. The Cadillac pizza was well done, and despite being skeptical of fig sauce on a pizza, I enjoyed it and thought they balanced the flavors well. Overall a solid A grade. They do offer thin crust pizzas, but why would you go to a Chicago-style pizza joint to get thin crusts?
My girlfriend and I went to VIA313 the other night for dinner and really had a great time. The Hawaiian pizza we ordered was very good and I especially liked that they topped it with pineapple rings.
The service at VIA313 was equally commendable. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of great. Our servers knowledge of the menu and helpful recommendations made the entire meal even more enjoyable. The staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of.
In conclusion, if you're a pizza enthusiast or simply seeking a fun pizza date, VIA313 is a great place to visit.
Via 313 in my opinion is one of the best pizza chains out there. Their pizza just tastes so good. There are a wide variety of pizza options that all are good. I recommend the Cadillac, Detroiter, and Bobo Brazil. Their desert pizzas are also very good. Every time I have been, I haven't been let down.
Grabbed lunch today at Via and was glad I did. First time visiting and definitely will be going back! I would say this and Slab pizza are two of my favorites in the Utah county area.
If you enjoy Detroit style pizza you must give this a try. For Utah county pizza this is a must. Enjoy!

The pizza took awhile to arrive but it was the perfect temperature when it did. It had a great combination of crunch and softness and the flavor was good
