Very confusing to navigate in car. No clear signs to signal where to go. Very unfriendly patrol on the Mexican side coming in from US. I don't understand why they feel the need to treat visitors that way. May have to do with their terrible pay and risks. Sorry. But we're trying to stimulate the economy duuhh.
Terrible, for almos four hours. And we are not even to the midle of the way. The line doesen't move at all. The agency needs to get more efficient personnel.
You can cross from Brownsville, Texas to Matamoros, Tamaulipas and back. 10/10
Lines are extremely long. One lane only for regular cars that broke into three check point lanes. Sentry lanes were much faster and also two to three check point lanes.
I've been in here since the morning. I am in Mexico right now and the CBP officers American people in Mexican people who have family both sides . 3 to5 hours long
Crossing the bridge is very time consuming. The quickest we took was 1 hour up to 3 hours to cross into the United States. The border guards were very courteous. All facilities around compound were clean and free of rg ubnish.
U.S. customs has the capacity to add 2 or 3 more booths to speed up process.

Anywhere from 1.5 hours to 3 hours.
This is unacceptable
Super slow wait times, they dont care about your time. Knowing theres a big line they decide to just have one lane most of the time. Its not fair for the taxpayers.
