Me and few friends decided to order the “deep dish” pizza, and it was arguably the most disappointing deep dish we have ever had, it was just….cheese. There was no sauce , no meat, just cheese and grease. The sausage tasted like dog food and we paid $31 for this. $15 pizza max, Jalapeño poppers were great tho. We had to force ourselves to eat this pizza to not waste $31. We thought this “deep dish” was gonna be thick…it was smaller then a regular slice of pizza like there was nothing inside. Very very disappointing and a waste of money.

There was staple in my French fries and Customer service were rude and demanding.

Veronas was one of my favorite pizza places around the area. After a few times now of the lady working there not only having an attitude but going as far as to raise her voice at me, (I accidentally placed a double order and this woman literally yelled at me asking why the hell I would place a DoorDash if I already called in) I sadly will not be coming back. I’d much prefer to support businesses that put in the effort to respect their customers. But it truly is the nastiest establishments that have the good food, that’s for sure. Not gonna act like the pizza wasn’t poppin
The best pizza in town I had one issue one time with not enough cheese on the pizza but I called them the next day and the gentleman on the phone took care of the issue ordered several more times afterwards and the cheese on the pizza have been lot's of cheese just like I like it with a ton of cheese and the pizza tastes absolutely delicious I don't know the guys name but whoever you are thank you for taking care of the issue and for having the best pizza in Hammond Indiana ????
Very disappointed. We've been getting Verona for a long time, the last 4 or 5 times there's been something wrong with the delivery (burnt crust, took 1hr 45min to get food, forgot something) they also started charging extra if you don't pay cash. The order I recently place was just plain unacceptable, the pizza wasn't done on one side, was supposed to have black olives on it which it didn't and they charged me for it, at least 1/4 had nothing but sauce, and they didn't give me any ranch for my fried vegetables (which I asked for extra). Sadly I will not be ordering from them ever again.
If I could give them no stars I would. They have gone down the drain these last two years, horrible pizza and customer service. I've really tried ordering from them twice but both times this past March have been so bad. Disgusting raw pizza, even after ordering it well done I get a half way cooked one and a pathetic one with barely any pepperoni. The delivery service is super slow. The pizza is never done right or not cooked all the way. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. They DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS, let alone how to properly cook pizza. Definitely never ordering from here, after so many years of ordering from them it's sadly not the same quality or service.
Do not trust in business with your credit card number they will add on money at a later date under a Tips. When calling to speak to the manager about this, she was very rude hung up on me so I drove up there and she proceeded to tell me they’re not gonna do anything about it. We will never order from this place again. I disputed the whole charge anyways on my credit card, but just a little heads up they’re so desperate for money, they add a Tips without your authorization.
Ordered kids a large pizza and they ate every bite . this pizza was delicious not to mention I added on chicken wings which are 1.00 a piece cant beat it ....over all was a great experience
