Several of my friends are independents here. They are not returning calls and have not paid them. If no results by Monday court papers will be filed and we will be out front with picket signs.
Not an honest company to work at. Left as soon as they got shady with pay. Save yourself from headaches by not joining them
It used to be great now can't get anyone to answer phone ...no work ....and now can't even get paycheck that's owed to me
Takes $1000 for an “escrow” account. Says you will receive it back at end of employment but where is mine???? . Said it would take 45 days but it’s been 2 months and they won’t even answer or say anything. Accounting/billing department is a joke. What happened to such a great company that was run by honest and great people???
Working as a driver for Velic Transportation for five years was a fantastic experience. The team was professional, supportive, and committed to safety, making me feel confident and equipped to handle any situation on the road. I highly recommend Velic Transportation to anyone looking for a company that values their employees and provides excellent service to their clients.
Extremely bad working conditions, unprofessional, incompetent and lazy “workers” in the company. Dispatchers who are employed there for a long time can’t stand if someone new is doing the job better than them. The company is full of scams towards both drivers and dispatchers and the salary is usually being late. The brokers are usually cheated in every way by this company as well. The relations between the dispatchers are disastrous and there is a lot of jealousy. Everyone is only looking out for their own benefit and trying to cheat everyone they can. Their dispatch team doesn’t even know English well and doesn’t know how to use most of the sites needed for work. The owner of the company knows literally nothing about the business, but acts like he does. I have worked here as a dispatch for 8 months and have nothing but bad things to say about them. Would give 0 stars if possible.
I've dealt with company for 6 years ..watched them quadruple in size due to humble honest owner Mr. V and excellent hard working DEDICATED employees. There has been recent negative comments on this page BUT THESE ARE FAKE ACCOUNTS "ITS CYBER BULLYING and shameful."
Dependable with integrity. This company has been my best experience yet; since starting my working career in Michigan, USA. The President makes the whole team feel part of his family. My colleagues are not only hard working but fun. My boss in Accounting ALWAYS has my back and we make a happy team. I am very lucky to have found Velic Transportation Inc. I am here for the long-haul!
