Called in today in a panic after sustaining damage to my rear wheel arch. Keith was so kind and was happy to help even though it was late in the day. Really happy and would definitely recommend xx
Called up a few weeks to ask to have my car looked at and was told that the person to quote the price was there so I drove there only to be told that he wasn’t now available and to come back another time, called in ahead of time again and was told to come any time before 1pm and he would be available turned up at 12:30pm and was once again told he wasn’t available, not sure what there actual work is like but would of been nice to not have my time wasted twice!
I wouldn't use another garage. They are friendly and honest. I've always felt confident taking any of my vehicles here and will continue to do so.
In the past, I haven't had many positive experiences with garages however after getting my car fixed here, I have to say their service was exceptional! Everyone was really friendly and they talked me through what repairs needed to be done whilst I was there. Keith was super helpful and rang a couple of suppliers to make sure I got the best price for the new parts. I also asked if I could pick my car up by the end of the day and although I was told that this might not be possible as I would have to wait for the parts to come in, he rang me later that day to tell me that it was all done! Fab service and I would definitely recommend!
Have used these guys for many years for all my personal vehicles as well as work vans. Always been extremely pleased with the service and fair pricing. They are polite and honest and keep you updated on progress. Highly recommended.
Very disappointing experience.
I needed some car body repair, so I called them, booked an appointment and drove in.
They took photos and asked me to write my email address on the back of a business card of theirs to supply a quotation to me
After a month, they haven't even bothered coming back to me.
My experience with them is of an unprofessional and unreliable business.
Great service for my MOT.
