This place is so dirty and it's a mess. I won't be getting any more prescriptions from here. Look at the dust on those boxes. It's like going back to the 70's. The service is great but omg it needs a clean
Opening times online are wrong they were not in Friday or today even though they said they would be.made a disabled pensioner make an unnecessary journey and I still don't have any medication. Please , especially if you are older like myself, find a different better equipped chemist as this is not the first time this has happened. And I doubt it will be the last.
These guys are so so lovely, so helpful, patient, caring and do their absolute best for their customers at very difficult times for all. Always rushed off their feet and work so hard. Am so grateful to each and every member of staff here, you have been a godsend to me with my medication. Cannot thank you enough for all you do. Wish all chemists were like this one. Wonderful people x
Roffey chemist has the most dedicated friendly and experienced staff and they work under extreme pressure and they still smile ❤️
Amazing Service by all staff particularly now as it is really busy due to so many Chemists shutting down around Horsham and Crawley. Well done to all.
Lovely people but honestly the most dilapidated messy abandoned store of any kind 8ve genuinley ever seen. 3 hours would have it looking lovely I don't understand why they don't do it? I'd do it for them. Get in touch with me! Also it's 5 past there's a huge queue forming but the woman is prioritising stacking toilet rolls rather than opening the door for business at the time they should be open....
I agree with others that the place is a mess but I went here after usual chemist let me down they wanted 15 days to supply my medicine even when I told I had run out. The queue was not to long and had my medicine 10 minutes later Staff were very friendly
Rob and team are always friendly, helpful, and gracious - even in the face of impatient and rude customers! They are under a lot of pressure and of course this reflects in queues and waiting times, which no-one can control. Feel sorry that they have to deal with abusive people banging on the doors and yelling at them
