The busiest station on the Orange Line. You can get anywhere from here, thank God. Remember that this is right next to the government seat, and the police station. It is all-electric, too.

This area has been cleaned up by the city. Since then there is a feeling of safety when I go to catch the bus there get used to not be there.

Great for commuting but unfortunately it's always dirty. Not just this station but most of them now days. I remember the days when you used to see workers on the platforms at different points. I wish the city would take more pride in our commuting stations and hire more people to maintain them properly. This is Los Angeles!! We all should help to keep our city clean but we definitely need more help from those funds and people willingness to work there. If workers are needed we should train and legalize now !! And make this city more prosperous.

If you are a woman, becareful, they have some dangerous looking people milling around that station.

Yes I was there at night 8:45-9:30 pm

I would never leave my car parked at that station.

Parking lot needs a good cleaning.

Some of the staff is nice and thank u for being nice because when you are having a bad day and u need some help and u ask someone and they seem to put out . Or when u have ridden your bike there in the morning on a Friday because u fill good about the week had a nice bike ride there . Then u go down stairs and here they security not lepd but security shoulders pull back head up turn your light off it bothers the conductors! My light ? The one on your bike turn it off!!! Did not know this I don't see it posted on the wall so how do I know this? However this could have been approached in a better way... Not 25 feet away from me where everyone could here him tell me this and make me fill like I broken the law . Now that will take and just make someone fill mad because the way everyone looks at u. However lol. I let him have his Macho Man moment then I asked him . For u to influence something like turning of my light on my bike should it not be posted somewhere telling us that ? I get working for the public is not easy 100% . I put the standard operating procedures In places for a company that was International telecommunications technology some know it by a different name. And one of my procedures or policies was if u are going to have a discussion with someone . Never yell to someone and let them know that you need to talk. And if u are having a bad day do not try to have one to one with them 90% of the time it will go bad ... this guy could have came up to me being nice I and just asked me to turn it off . So just some 411 that's all . The why I see things is to be mad at the world or just mad is time u never get back . We are all created by love not by evil. Live and grow In the name of God .

Van Nuys Orange Line station is more active than other Orange Line stops due to the Park n Ride which is adjacent to the bus stop. There were a lot of people just hanging around. Another reason for the crowds may have been the courthouse's were up and running again.One nice thing about the stop is there is a mobile restroom 75 ft. from the bus stop.

The ORANGE LINE & VAN NUTS BLVD.

There's a public restroom, if you dare to use it. There is a parking lot accessible using Aetna Street and I'm not sure if there's a fee. The buses from this station are usually prompt and the buses are large and have plenty of seating. There are visible fare machines that always seem to be operational. At night, buses are scheduled far apart and there's a wait. This IS NOT a safe area at night.
