Made an appointment in the AM for 6pm the same day. Waited for 1 hour before getting to an exam room. No one said that they were backed up, approximate wait time. I would have re-scheduled if I had known the wait was an hour.
Took my mom here on a Friday night at 530pm. Waited maybe 20 mins. The people at the front were so helpful. I overheard a patient thanking the people at the front for how they wonderful they’ve been. Highly recommend this place. Very professional. Very clean. Very timely.
Went needing an anti biotic and was given a garbage cough medicine. Now suffering miserably over holiday weekend when I know that I would already be improved with prescription.
Things to improve immediately: (1) Don’t leave confidential medical documents face up on the front counter…like the disability forms I saw with full names, etc…that’s a gross violation of HIPAA. (2) TWICE staff opened my exam room door and popped their head in looking for people other than me. NO KNOCKING…WHAT?? (3) No follow up phone call to see how I am doing. Just a text to get a review. You get 2 stars for the Nurse Practitioner, who is great.
I walked in for a sick visit on a Thursday morning early by 9am and received the best care from a very professional practice.
From the reception, the nurse and the doctor who took care of me were so compassionate, caring and profesional. Highly recommend this place to my family and friends.
Really pleasant experience on a holiday weekend. From the front desk, to nursing staff, to the provider - all very kind and provided great and efficient care.
They squeezed me in same day and I waited less than 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly as was the provider (Brianne Simpson).
Doctors here are very good; nurses are caring and effective; and the lab techs are efficient yet gentle. Overall, you receive very good care.
