This was the best Mexican food I've had since moving down to Florida.
The food was freshly made, quickly made as well.
It's typical Mexican food, burritos, tacos, etc... but it tastes amazing and cooked pretty much to perfection.
The place was cozy, not cramped. Plenty of designs on the chairs and wall art to keep your wandering eye entertained. The staff was friendly although not too attentive but they had the order right and everything came out perfect.
The pollo loco is fantastic!
I will definitely be visiting again!!
This place is fantastic! I've been coming here for 30 years! The food is consistently amazing! The service is always outstanding! And the drinks are delicious!
For authentic Mexican that doesn't break the bank, this is hands down the place to go!
The food at this place always slaps. If you want good Mexican food, come here. Service is great, my family and I come here so often they remember our orders. The resterant is decorated beautifully. I highly recommend.
I ordered the “Molcajete”. It came with beef, chicken, shrimp, peppers and onions then cheese melted on top. The portions were great. The flavors were amazing. My 21 month old daughter loved ???? it!
My fiancé ordered the sizzling chicken, shrimp and steak fajitas! You can hear it from a mile away! She enjoyed her meal!
The restaurant is filled with lots of culture (displayed in the photos). It gives you a real sense of the authenticity of the food you’re eating. As well as the flavors your tastebuds are enjoying.

I've loved Vallarta's from the first time I visited. I moved from Tampa in 2016, so I hadn't been there since then. I was so excited to find out it was still there, especially after COVID. It was just as I remembered. Cozy, great food and great staff!
The food was decent except my neice ordered chicken fingers and was served gross chicken nuggets. We came here because we didn't want fast food. If we wanted chicken nuggets, we would have gone to McDonald's. The waiter was so quiet I could barely hear what he said. When the fajitas that the adults ordered came out, we didn't get our tortillas. We waited another 10 minutes, then had to flag down our waiter to get the tortillas. Then, when we got the tortillas, we were missing one set, and another set was missing a tortilla. Our waiter never checked in with us. We had to flag him down every time we had an issue. The staff wasn't terrible, just untrained and disorganized. I had to hunt down a manager after asking to speak to one only to find out that there was no manager on duty. The waiter I spoke to did say he'd have the children's chicken tender meal removed. After getting our check, we realised that all the kid's meals were removed which was their saving grace. The adults fajitas were pretty good but all the kids food was really poor quality. Definitely would not return. Absolutely disappointed in our experience.
Very accommodating and good price point. Food was stellar and portions were generous! Great atmosphere!
Service is painfully slow, even when the place is empty. The food tastes like they bought the ingredients at the Walgreens across the street. I ordered a DRAFT beer, and the guy brought me a bottle of the salsa is straight tomato sauce with zero seasoning or other ingredients. Do not recommend.
