Absolutely awful environment it was almost diabolical how long you'd have to wait to buy something as simple as plasters. The work ethic screams horrendous and more, imagine a student going in for their work experience hours and being on time but still having to wait outside in the freezing cold because everybody else was late then firing them because they were not informed of how to call in sick on top of not being told how many hours they receive to get off sick. They accepted the calls and said okay when people called in sick and still never mentioned anything to do with day offs - an extreme lack of responsibility as adults is absolutely atrocious and embarrassing. You can find anywhere much better than here whether it's as staff or as customers and that alone speaks volumes. This place is bloody foul, hellfire upon you ❤️
Rude pharmacist and oblivious girl serving at the front. No real customer service or care given, when I asked for help, the girl seemed to have no idea as to what I was talking about. The male pharmacist is unfriendly and abrupt. Would not recommend- try the pharmacist opposite dulwich library.
Polite staff but a service today was a letdown. Despite telling the lady at the till I needed to pick up a prescription, they forgot about me. 4 to 5 customers came and went before they even noticed I was waiting. The pharmacist finally checked, and it turns out my prescription hadn't even been looked at. To add insult, the same person who served me asked if I was waiting, oblivious to our previous interaction. They need a better system so customers don’t get forgotten.
Absolutely horrible experience. Staff that work there are rude and do not help at all. The working conditions at the back are atrociously horrendous and the pharmacy absolutely stinks. I had a friend work there and she described as being the worst working conditions she has ever seen.
Rude and unhelpful. Ordered prescription 5 days in advance, told they had it. Waited 20 mins with no info to be told to they didn’t have it. Proceeded to be shouted at by the manager when asked for help and suggestions on what to do to get my essential medication if they couldn’t supply it.
The pharmacist is highly helpful and intelligent . Really sweet lady who worked there too. Nice to see people trying to be helpful - thank you
Dreadful service, rude incompetent employees (3 ladies working morning of 25.10.23). I can’t believe how rude one of them was to a little old man who asked for his prescription back because they didn’t have all the items in stock. There was another elderly man who was understandably put out because after 3 attempts they still didn’t have his items in stock and then they couldn’t locate him on the system. In the end he walked out as he’d had enough, the ladies then started slagging him off in front of customers!!!
The Father is a very polite and professional, the daughter is very rude and has a horrible attitude. Will be changing pharmacies ASAP
