Excellent customer service and a great group of guys. Took my 2016 Passat in to get a check engine light resolved and they were very accommodating to my time constraints, and their own work availability. All work was done promptly, and explained through.
Excellent repair shop. I recently had some unanticipated service needs come up, and Mark and his team couldn't have been more accommodating. My car was ready to go within 24 hours of drop off, and I was given a clear explanation of the car's original issue and the implemented fix. If you want high quality work, great service, and fair prices, definitely consider V&W.
Called over the phone and got a straight-forward quote for brakes on my VW Atlas. Mark fit me right in the next day, but it turned out my brake pads were just fine. I appreciated the honesty. We’ll definitely be back.
Called in Friday, was going through a run around with different shops. Has been diagnosed at 2 different shops with different things than what my obd2 were saying. Learning about cars is tricky, and I didn’t feel anyone was listening to me. & I had already replaced the parts they were recommending multiple times with junkyard then brand new parts. The man here was honest with me, listened, and helped me realize the only place I didn’t check is what it could be (connector). I’m very grateful for this place, they’ll continue to have my business as well as family/friends of mine. 10/5 stars.
Dropped car off for a mirror replacement. Mirror only. Left car with 125 miles left in tank. Picked up car with 65 miles left in tank, driver seat has been moved a lot, tons of dirt and debris in driver seat. On top of that my driving display was changed to race mode with a lap timer ready… mechanic and worker claimed that they needed to “drive” the vehicle to make sure everything was okay… this is for a simple mirror replacement. Nothing powertrain related was asked for them to work on. They also couldn’t fix a related error that was given from the mirror being broken. Felt dishonest, shop was extremely dirty and there is no reason to drive a car 30+ miles to diagnose a mirror issue. Might be good for quick cheap repairs for a VW, other than that- I would never go back.
Well I haven't used their services (yet?) However, for what it's worth... they are very informative and helpful on the phone. Also out of the 10 VW repair shops in the salt lake to Ogden area that I called... They are the only shop ive found that is willing to work on my Type 3. I'll keep you posted.
Mark was patient with me and good to deal with. Had a issue that we couldn’t figure out and had to come back multiple times, but he was always happy to help. In the end he ended up putting on extra parts to fix the problem and did not charge me. Good guys will definitely come back in the future for my VW problems.
Great service, timing, and pricing! I was more than impressed by the customer service and the kindness of the employees. They knew what they were doing. 100% would recommend to anyone with a German car.
