She's a scammer. Never take your car to her place...she will not fix your car as requested, then when you come to pick it up, she will make all sorts of lies to increase your bill without your consent.
I've been going to this place for over 10 years now. The owner is one of the most friendly people I know. They've been in business for a while and they're very experienced. They do excellent work.
