I been coming here for years and this place has always been pretty solid. On this particular day I got regular hot wings with fries and I ate the plate. You can never go wrong with USA Deli wings and fries . The wings are always fresh and the fries and always hot . This literally my favorite WING spot.
I’m writing this review as I’m struggling to chew their wings which were undoubtedly left over from last night. But before we even get to the inedible food, the two young ladies at the counter (if you could even call them) were having an horrendously inappropriate conversation that was sexual in nature and made us extremely uncomfortable. Please have some class. The food itself was definitely old as we got there as soon as they opened and the wings hurt to chew. My husbands fried rice had 2 literal shrimp and was so scarce you could see the bottom of the tray. I only came here because I was craving wings and all the good places were closed for Labor Day but heed this warning. This place is garbage. You can literally see the flesh of the wing is burnt smh
Don’t eat here. The wings aren’t done, they are very incompetent, the fat lady in the front is dumb and rude as hell, after waiting for my food and getting uncooked wings, I waited another 20 minutes for a remake only to get all drums when I asked them not to give me all drums. On top of that, the prices are high as hell and it not even that good. I went to this place as a little girl and it’s a shame how they are doing the community that has supported them so many years. I’ll never go here again. And honestly I’m really sad about it. It’s just sad and bad business!
This is my number 1 wing restaurant. I could eat here everyday! The food is fantastic. I've been coming here for about 4 years and the place has improved over time, the prices have gone up a bit but not that much. It is still cheaper than American Deli. As the term says don't judge a book by its cover. When you drive up you'll see the outside and community isn't that great, but don't let that hinder you from trying the food. The food is absolutely mouthwatering delicious! I always order Hot Wings w/fries or vegetable fried rice Or I order 2 pc Whiting w/ fried rice or french fries. They have also upgraded the inside of the restaurant. I always take out because I don't like to sit down and eat at this restaurant. Most people do take out here because the environment isn't conducive to sitting down. Also the employees are friendly. There is one or two employees who do not speak English very well but even so they never have messed my order up. They now open on Sunday, which is wonderful. Highly recommend USA Deli for anyone who loves wings and fried fish
Had a bad experience waiting time was so awful , I ordered before several people like 20 , they all got their food and left as I was still there waiting . They forgot my order . I was. There nearly.an hr waiting for my food . Thursday Feb 29th. 5pm til 6pm
I call in bout 3 times a week as they are the only ones close by my job! Every time the cashiers are rude! Act like its hard for them to talk! Bad customer service all around. I call in to not look at the mean faces while you wait for your food on top of it! And why is it always a kids behind the counter isn’t that a safety violation!! They have now lost a customer due to bad customer service!!! Ill try back in a few months. Hopefully they get better staff!
