These people are very unprofessional I had my nails done yesterday 3/18/24 the lady filed my nail bed till it bleed she filled my nail and I could see and feel the old acrylic underneath. These people cannot understand English so it’s impossible to communicate she offered to fix them but after sitting almost 2 hours I was highly disappointed and I just wanted to get out that place I would not recommend
My gel sculpted nails always last FOREVER when I get them done here. One pleasant lady in particular always gets the shape just right. SHE even remembered my preference after only 2 overdue visits (like I said, they last FOREVER! ), but they all have always made sure I was satisfied with each step of the process before moving on to the next. Decent prices and great work! Also- they are nice about fitting clients in at the end of the day which is convenient for my schedule. Might be quicker than usual at the end of the day, but that's perfectly understandable!
I got my acrylic nails done here today and I wasn’t satisfied with the result they turned out all deformed longer on one side and crooked ???????????? and they ripped part of my skin
Edit the yellow ones were done here too and a few hrs after we got home these little black dots started to appear you could barely see them in the photo but they look soooo much worse in person and the are not dirty I cleaned them scrubbed them it looks like the dots are under the polish it started out with the thumb nails now all of them have them dots
I arrived outside and walked inside. The lady that takes care of me she was available. I walked over to her table she asked me did I want eyebrows toes and nails. I stated yes that I wanted everything. So she did everything for me eyebrows toes and nails and everything went fine. The color I picked out she placed it on my nails and toes so smoothly with a shine. She pampered my legs massage them real good. She shape and define my nails and cut them back to a nice size for me. She shape my brows so nicely and really take all the time to get it right. This is the reason why I go to US NAILS. All who works there are wonderful in the shop. All do and out standing work. IF I WAS YOU I WOULD GO VISIT. ????????
Fast, friendly, and does a great job every time
I had been going to tony and Cindy since I was a little girl when they were at a different salon. And that salon always rushed to get my nails done and they would fall off in a week. Since I have been going to tony and Cindy I haven’t been having an issue. They are the sweetest people I have ever met.
Lady did a terrible job at doing my nails! At first I requested gel nails which for some reason always confuses workers at nail salons according to my experiences. Gel nails are not done with powder and I'm not referring to gel polish!
As she is communicating with the other lady in their language, she finally goes and pulls out a container with this substance that appeared gel-like which she proceeds to pour a liquid into and mix.
As she's doing my nails, I noticed that she dips her brush in the powder container (acrylic). I'm already agitated at this point and I just let her continue.
I realized later on that many of my nails were not smooth, it's as if there were ridges in them.
My total was $75! Nails were $45 ! Pedicure $25 (French) and the additional $5 was the tip.
Fast forward 18 days later, my nails are already breaking and coming off! ????
When I called to inform them, lady asked how many of my nails came off and that they'll redo them. In my opinion, if my nails are falling apart less than 3 weeks after having them done then ma'am I deserve a new set.
I decided to not bother with them ever again! This was the lady seated to the left on the second or third table as you enter the establishment.
Since Tony and Cindy took over this Spa about a year ago it has come a long way! Under the previous administration, this place was pathetic, it was nasty, unorganized, and roach-infested. Now you go in and it's a more pleasant atmosphere everything is clean and the roach issue has come under control. Tony and Cindy or a fabulous couple always with a smile and greet you well each time you walk in. They do their job with excellence. Well they may not be perfect and while their business may be judged by the wrong actions of their employees we cannot judge a business based on just one experience. One bad review maybe your great review. I've been with Tony and Cindy for many years now. And I followed them to this new location from the previous one they both worked at. They took this location over and flipped it upside down. Give them a try and judge for yourself.
