Tom and Tracy are the best! They have done my nails and my mom’s nails for years. They have always done them well but also quick and efficiently! They have the best service and my nails last so much longer here compared to other places! They are always willing to fix something if you want corrections! They have even done great work for our family prior to my sisters wedding on a large group of us while still doing a fantastic job! On top of that, they are always very friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes in and strive to give them the best service to all their customers! Picture of my most recent manicure with beautiful color! Tracy even suggested this color over another color because she said that the color would show up better. She demonstrated on her own nail to give me a good picture and let me pick! She is amazing! Prices ARE listed in stores with the best price I can find in any salon!
I have been going to US nails since 2008. They always do an amazing job! They helped repair damages from another local salon. Tracy and Tom are the best! They do so much for the elderly in the area and keep prices reasonable for them and everyone else! They may not do the crazy looking nails some are looking for but they do great natural looking full sets. They aren't just in it for the money, they also make suggestions based on the best things for your nails. I'll continue to patronize the salon for a long as they are here!
What a pleasant surprise of a hidden gem nail salon in St. Charles! Located in Bogey Club Tower right off Zumbehl Rd. I needed a quick refresh on my nails and US nails was open at 9am! Tracy did my nails perfectly - a beautiful dip manicure as speedy as she could with precision of course, as I had a meeting in a short time away. Thank you Tracy and US Nails.
I have been a client here for 13 years. Tom and Tracy have always taken the time to make sure my experience is good here. They are professional as well as personable. Their rates are very good.
They work with all kinds of people and have always been fair with them. They even once let my daughter come back in to pay for her service because she left her wallet at home.

Women and men of color. This is not the place of business for you. I called this shop and inquired about pricing and if an appointment was needed. I was told I can come in. I brought my self and my three daughters. Upon, arriving I was informed that there are two appointments that will take priority during our visit. I stated we understand we’re walking in take your time. There is only two people working a husband and wife. There were three customers already present in the store. One customer the wife was finishing a manicure on. There was also a mother and daughter present. The husband and wife rushed through the entire service. They didn’t provide certain things that are included in the pedicure, no massage, no callus removals. They soaked my 5 and 7 year olds nails in the water and took them out and started polishing with regular polish although charging for gel. They were dropping instruments, washing towels and trying to work on 4 customers at the same time. I do believe they were rushing because they felt they were going to not be able to honor appointment times. My thirteen year old had been receiving services and begin to complain about the bulking of the nail and the different shapes of the nails. The wife became immediately frustrated and started yelling at her about how she should have said something sooner. She doesn’t want to start over. She then started speaking to the husband in their native language. I pulled out my google translate and she was referencing us as angry black customers and stating that we were trying to get out of the service. Called us the N Word. I offered to pay upfront by the way I was told to pay at the end. Her husband stated he would fix the nail. The wife became more irritated and started yelling now and then returned to speaking in her native language. The husband then said he won’t fix it, we need to pay for the removal of all the nails and another full set for them to fix it. I refused and I asked for the police to be called. A customer who also was in the shop getting services offered to pay for our service. I declined and requested the police. I was initially told I would be arrested for theft and then after looking at my kids who are witnessing all this they decided to issue me a ticket. I can’t wait to see this lovely couple in court. The most discriminatory establishment I’ve ever been in. We never yelled, never rushed, never even asked about the wait time or when they would be done. I’m a nursing student and I was actually studying. So there was no rush. They tried to paint the image of an angry black woman in a establishment full of white people and officers. Because a thirteen year old said a few nails were bulky. SMH see you in court. They also don’t issue receipts, have no prices posted literally making different prices up they told me it will be $10 cheaper on the phone and charged more when I showed up 2 mins after calling. In addition, they refused to provide proof of payment because I wanted to use cash. She stated customers get a receipt if they pay with a card not if they pay with cash. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the city of st. Charles city hall. Sounds like somebody is evading taxes! Beware.
Tracy and Tom are truly AMAZING! I was tired of going to over packed and over priced nail salons, it became more of a chore than anything.
Tom hands down gives the best pedicures I’ve ever had. He’s meticulous and thorough.
Tracy typically does my fills and she is quick and thorough as well.
This is the first salon I’ve ever been to who is honest and not just trying to make an easy buck off their clients.
They are the nicest people and I enjoy every time I go there. I could not recommend them enough!!!
Unsure if they do intricate designs, as I just do one color though!
I have been coming to U S Nails for almost 20 years. I had tried other places in the past, but no other place measures up to Tom & Tracy, the owners. They are always friendly, thorough with their work & accommodating when I schedule my bi-weekly appointments. They are both hard workers; always making sure their customers are happy and satisfied. Tom & Tracy are without a doubt; THE BEST!!!
Despite what one woman of color wrote, I wholeheartedly recommend Tom a Tracy! I have been coming here for over 20 years and have never received or saw others receive anything but wonderful professional service! They service young , old, black, white and everything in between! I would love to support them in court if she really shows up! Best nail salon around in my opinion!
