I’m never coming back. The last couple of times they’ve been rough and left marks on my cuticle. This time though, I had to wait two hours, even though only 3 gel sets were in front of me and my mom(whose nails didn’t even get started the whole time we were there total of 3.5 hours). Plus I asked for coffin, got charged extra for it, which is normal but she was rude about it and huffy. And still somehow ended up with basically almond or square nails, except on like two that actually look like coffins. And the color didn’t cure to the same shade as in the booklet. It’s a much bluer color and not black. Not only that, but she didn’t even get all the way to the sides of my left nails. It looks like they’ve already grown out a week and I was there yesterday.
I have never had an issue with US Nails in the past. The wait is always longer but they’ve always done a good job so its worth it. Well I was extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. I got a pedicure and gel manicure on 7/2 & its 7/4 and my gel manicure is already chipping. Its a little frustrating to spend the money when they don’t last even one week. The actual manicure looked SO good and i really liked them but the chipping after 2 days is a little ridiculous????

Did a fantastic job and exactly what I wanted!! She even mixed 2 colors together to make sure my wants were met. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be going back next time.

I have used this mail shop on one occasion. I went in today for the fourth time and every time I’ve gone in there was a serious wait. So I left. This time I tried to wait it out and I just couldn’t do it. The service is very slow. The workers are rude and the shop is just very nasty and messy! There were flies and stuff everywhere! I will never go back. As I got up to leave one of the workers yelled out …”bye” ???? Just nasty and RUDE!

Have been going here for a year or longer. Had fill in (acrylic) on Thursday and by Monday my thumb nail was lifting. I stopped by after work for them to repair and the owner was very rude even though I was being very discreet in telling her about the problem so that customers wouldn't hear me. She said it was my fault and I should get a new set and it wouldn't happen again. She was loud enough for the other clients to hear her and she made it look like I was at fault. After reading about nails lifting, it looks like it's all in the prep of the nail. I wasn't laying blame on anyone, I just wanted the nail to be repaired. She said you can sign in if you'd like and I will try to work you in. This was very disappointing and I've never had a problem until now. Looks like I will be finding a new nail salon. What ever happened to customer service.?
