I keep coming back to Alice (Hair cutter and beauty supplies) because of her availability with walk-ins, and good professional hair skills. She is outstanding as a hairstylist -with scissors and color, and adding reasonable prices makes her one of the best beauticians in the San Fernando Valley.
Terrible customer service. I went to get a haircut for my son and husband and the lady in there was extremely rude. As I opened the door of the salon she said “Excuse me?” with an unwelcoming tone. I replied that I was coming for a haircut and she again with her rude tone told me “with who?” I told her that I was informed that they only took walk-ins and therefore I didn’t have an appointment. Then we sat and waited for her to finish a haircut she was doing. When it was our turn she pulled a booster seat for my toddler and I said it wouldn’t work for him then she again replied with a rude tone “where else do you want him to sit then?” I pointed at the car seat they have for toddlers. After that we decided we weren’t going to put up with that unprofessional attitude and rudeness and decided to just walk away.
the worst - owner is nice but the other stylist (there's only 2) if you can call her that is awful - saw her doing a coloring and the poor customer had color dripping all over face and forehead - she was rude to us and the cut I received was a disaster - very disappointing

The lady who cut my hair was so sweet and accomodating!
She fixed the mess a previous over expensive "master hairstylist" (that's how he calls himself) working on the same street did on my hair.
She understood immediately what I wanted, used the right tools, and fixed this so fast (15min)!
I am very grateful for the service she provided and everything was so affortable. Don't judge a book by its cover, the place might not be as trendy as other places but I highly recommend it and will go back there for sure. These ladies are working harder than other places.
They ARE open weekends! Their real hours are M-F 9a-7:30p, Saturdays 9a-6:30p and Sundays 10a-5p. My husband and I have been getting our haircuts here for years. Just noticed the hours are wrong on this page as of today (1/6/2017) so I told the owner about this when I was there for a haircut just now. She didn't have any idea how to change the hours so I just sent Google a suggested edit. No idea when Google will update the hours, so wanted to post them here in this review. Also, if you shop at Ralph's look for the US Haircutters coupon on the back of your receipt to get $2 off the price of your haircut! ($12 rather than $14!) Terrific customer service, terrific haircuts. Love this place! They're in the strip mall just west of the DIY Store on Magnolia Blvd in Burbank.
I was looking for a reasonably priced haircut with layers and Aida did a fantastic job! She was nice, quick, and professional.
oh, just get there....the talented and friendly ladies at US Hair Cutters have been making me look good for YEARS.....last time was Aida, she is just fabulous as well as Alice, Anoush, Janik, Karen, and if i am forgetting anyone, shame on me!
I've been going there for over 10 years! Everyone that works there does a great job at cutting hair. Every hair stylist there has cut my hair
