i needed a last minute appointment and was nervous to go somewhere i’ve never been before but once i got there, my anxiety was completely gone. Adrianna is the BEST HAIRSTYLIST i have ever had. she has so much KNOWLEDGE about hair and was able to answer all of my questions. i appreciate her HONESTY when doing my hair in order to ensure healthy hair. there are not enough words to describe how great she is! she made me feel COMFORTABLE and talked to me like a close friend. this salon is great and has a welcoming and nonjudgmental atmosphere.

I went to get my hair colored and the girl who did my hair was SO unprofessional. She was rude. Cussing, and I felt so uncomfortable around her. She burned my scalp and washed my hair with super cold water for no reason. I wanted to cry being there
Edit: I really did not know what to say. It’s ugly and I literally have burns on my scalp. It’s the worst hair I’ve ever gotten.
LAST EDIT: the stylist was RUDE as hell. My hair is UGLY. Extremely SHORT. My scalp has BURNS. Color is SO uneven. I need to get it fixed.
2 years ago I went to this salon and it was a horrible experience. The reason why I decided to try Urban Opulence a second time is because I read reviews and noticed the Owner Crystal, was taking more spots, and the person that blew me off the first time wasn't there anymore.
I had a color correction done because I was sick of the red in my hair.
I chatted with Crystal about my first experience and she explained how she let go several hair stylists because they weren't commited to the customers and working in general. This fits the El Paso pattern in the hair industry over here. I've been to 6 salons in the past 2 years with bad experiences. I was color depositing my hair because of it and then decided to give Urban another chance.
Crystal was great and real. Highly recommend her and I will be back.
Crystal is the absolute best! I’ve been going to her for years! If you love your hair make the decision to go see her! It’s always a good time at Urban Opulence great energy all the time! So do yourself a favor and go!
I honestly was so scared to walk in especially since I really don’t let others cut my hair. Crystal Myers on the other hand did such a beautiful job. Im so glad I came and trusted it. You guys need to trust and go for it. I never felt so beautiful thank you!
I recently went in because I had done my hair with a friend and I wasn’t happy with the results. This is my second time coming to urban opulence and i am once again more than happy with the results. I love the way the colors blend & overall it’s way better than what I asked for. I included the photo of what i was going for (keep in mind I asked for a darker shade of green than in the photo) and I was not let down. Ruby always does an amazing job with color. Would definitely recommend coming here for any and all of your hair needs ???? Will definitely be coming back soon!
Loved my stylist Abby was amazing did the best haircut I've ever had however the owner basically bullied us into doing a color I did not want went in for honey blonde left with neon orange hair not to mention the owner drinking in the back smelling like alcohol
Absolutely love this place. I haven’t let anyone touch my hair until I met Crystal. She gave my hair life again after it was so damaged. I have had Brazilian blowouts, hair color, hair cuts and now even tried tape in extensions and every time I leave satisfied. I can honestly say I have found my hair place and Crystal is the bomb.com
