Best KPortal Reviews

Service sucks the employees hate their life as they are short and just Teri things on counter and walk away. Prices are ridiculous for the poor food quality I got chicken strips which even though I waited 8min for were still somehow cold and not even that good 30% breading vs chicken
Food was expected as most airport food; pretty bland with high prices. But what was a big repulsive turn off was the Indian manager and Asian cashier arguing at the register the entire time. I couldn't even tell within the first two minutes if they were ready to take my order. Made for an awkward wait after paying, so I sat down in the front row 15ft away. They made eye contact with me several times as I patiently waited, occasionally looking at my phone to pass the time. After being fed up with waiting for 15min, I approached to check on my food and it had apparently already been ready for 10min. Not once did they flag me down or call out to let me know my order was ready. I was their only customer and it felt so strange that they had no regard for how unprofessional they were acting.
The service is incredibly slow. I waited close to 1/2 hour for a pulled pork sandwich (turned out the sandwich was actually pretty good) Be sure to ask the cashier how long it will take before you order and pay at the kiosk. The word “express “ should not be in their name. It was obvious they were very disorganized and couldn’t keep orders straight. Don’t go here if your plane is taking off anytime soon.
Ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich. It came with tater tots and frankly, the tater tots were the highlight of the meal. The sandwich tasted bland and dry and consisted of a reheated sausage with a poached egg on top.
Long wait (15 min ) after ordering from kiosk and it was not busy at all. Burgers were just ok , overcooked and the portion of fries was tiny. For $17 it’s way overpriced and you’re better off eating at In N Out before coming to the airport. If you’re on a connecting flight, try one of the other restaurants in the terminal.
I bought a bag of chips here of all things. The cashier acted like she wanted me to leave because apparently she thought I only had cash. I said that I had a card. She presented as reluctant to serve me in any capacity. The business looks deserted. I saw one guy come and go. There were no employees available to help. All in the back giggling. I can hear them from where I am sitting.
I guess this place doesn't need paying customers. Spend your money somewhere else in the airport.
So, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. :-( The food was ok, but the service was very slow. There was a big sign that said "order at the kiosk" and we took time to do so, but it didn't work, nor the other machine. So, we had to wait for someone to come out of the back to take the order. They were pleasant enough. But then, it must have been break time, because, even though they were busy, no one was at the grill. There were about 5 workers and they enjoyed talking to each other but didn't seem too interested in making the orders. We waited about 30 minutes from the time we arrived until the time we got our food. The good news is, that these folks will make at least $20 per hour, starting January 1, to stand around and talk to each other. So, if that is what you are good at, you might want to apply.
Food is pretty good, expensive even for airport food. Bacon burger is $20 plus tax.
Service is very slow, don’t go here in a hurry.
They keep all the condiments behind the counter, then act like it’s an inconvenience to get them for you.
