It was a bit expensive. Food was good. We are in England and they use the pound as their currency.I had a bowl of rice, noodles,with chicken pieces and green onions,
We typically avoid eating at hotel restaurants because they are always a let down but we were tired after travelling all day and decided to give it a try. Well, I can say this was a really good meal. So good we decided to eat here again the next day.
We didn’t expect much from a restaurant in the airport hotel, we went there because we were exhausted from long flights. Surprisingly the food was great and reasonably priced with a big serve. We had Sandra as our waitress and she was attentive friendly and provided the best service. I would definitely eat here again if we stay over at terminal 4
Decent Indian restaurant located between Crowne Plaza and the Holiday Inn Express at Heathrow Terminal 4. I had grilled sirloin steak which was a poor cut of meat, lots of gristle, and not very flavorful. The service was friendly and fast but the food was average and expensive.
Ordered the Palak Paneer and enjoyed it a lot. Will be back again to try out the other dishes
On arrival to the Crown Plaza you could not resist passing the Urban restaurant without being drawn in by the scent of really good food. It was absolutely fantastic food and it was a pleasant experience thanks to our waitress Harshdeep. She was friendly and professional and her knowledge of the menu helped us choose the best dishes. I highly recommend the salt and pepper prawns, pork dish and the vegetable noodles! The music was en pointe too.

"Urban Brasserie" Restaurant at Crown Plaza hotel T4 Heathrow...Sanchi gave us a very warm welcome, and continued to take care of us so well throughout the evening, including offering delicious recommendations to eat. The whole Team including the very kind young man in the bar were great ambassadors for Crown Plaza. Thanks Sanchi for taking care of us so well and making our evening so enjoyable!
