I love the service I receive from Mrs. Patricia. She helped me start my journey with my locs! She has recommended some great skin care for scout that even my dermatologist couldn’t cure for my eczema. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends!
Larry the barber gave me a fantastic haircut and beard trim. Very professional and detail oriented while still cracking up with all the ladies in the shop. I’ll be back for sure
We had a confirmed appointment, I left work, picked up my kids, got there right on time, and when we got there she told us it would be at least an hour. Very unprofessional, very disappointing, I would not go here if I was you. Would give 0 stars if possible.
I love my stylist Mrs. Elle. She’s so welcoming and sweet. The first time I came there was for a sleek ponytail and I’ve been coming back ever since! She’s so gentle when styling hair and just an all around great stylist. I’ve been going to her since October 2020 and would not switch elsewhere!
I’ve been going to Patricia for years and she has been doing a great job keeping my hair healthy and growing. She has always been professional and gives great advice on my hair. I 100% recommend Patricia to anyone. The environment of the salon is great and every stylist there is amazing

This was my first time at this salon so I was kind of skeptical because I did not know the stylus but I did read good reviews on her and the salon so I decided to give it a chance and I’m so glad that I did!!! Elle is amazing!! She fix my hair exactly the way I wanted it she got me right!!!! She was very professional as all the other stylist in the salon were as well!! I’m so happy that I found her and now I have a new stylist!!! I highly highly recommend Uptown design and I highly highly recommend Elle!!!!!
Elle was polite and professional although I felt the price was expensive I understood because of COVID and the current pandemic. I was appreciative that she took me in because I called the day of. No one was in there waiting, there was another person getting their hair done by another stylist and that was it. No complaints at all, I left with my hair looking beautiful and feeling healthier than before. Highly recommend her to others!
