This used to be a lovely caring chemist. Not any more since new staff. My dad who always has his medication delivered is housebound, not long had a heart attack and needs to have his medication changed immediately due to risk of further heart complications. They have refused to deliver, this would never have happened with the previous staff who were so caring.
Even though we're not regulars here, when I needed some help for med's to be ordered at short notice, the pharmacist was wonderful - polite, thoughtful, helpful.
Efficient service, pleasant shop, free parking, experienced staff.
100% recommended.
Have used this chemist on various occasions when my local chemists have been unhelpful or will not answer the phone etc. They are so polite, helpful and the best in the area.
AWFUL three times no deliveries in two years
8 days christmas no meds.
latest they received prescription from tetenhall surgery on friday, said they will send out to me on saturday, i said leave in box outside house. no delivery ,rang on monday, they said it went out and no returns from driver. Now i need insulin and tablets,ny renal department phoned for emergency insulin and still nothing im wheelchair bound and this is unacceptable .
im going back to asda and pick up via scooter in winter. disgusting.
oh yes they cant even give a AM or PM del only wait in all day
I have my meds regularly reordered every month for many, many years. I have probably spoken to all the staff at one time or another. Each has been helpful whilst courteous.The delivery people are also very polite and considerate.
In today's fast moving, highly technical world - I believe that folk have forgotten the importance of customer care and how it affects repeat business. Upper Green Pharmacy - under Graham's leadership has customer care at the heart. Between my GP and this pharmacy - my medical needs are covered.
Absolutely fantastic service. I was totally stressed and in need of medication for my ill partner but the prescription was 'stuck' at another pharmacy which was closed. The service from the pharmacist and their staff was first class and they were able to prescribe the medication needed. Went in with an infected wound, had gotten antibiotics at the urgent care (docs had no appointments left on a friday) but was rushed out with absolutely no information on how to care for it. I didn't know if i should dress it, leave it open, put antibiotic cream on it.
Visited this pharmacy and got excellent advice she applied the dressing for me and sold me more for later at an absolutely fantastic price. (Way cheaper than similar product at the supermarket) gave me full information on the best way to look after it, and she was just so lovely about it to. 5 stars 100%.
Wonderful service today. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication.
