For airport pizza it was super quick very good. And close to our gate. Downs: price, and the crust could’ve been cooked more. Overall it’s not a bad pizza place don’t know what people are talking about with the negative stuff.
Excellent stop for a fast deep dish pizza. Limited selection on premade pizzas, but the taste is great! We had the pepperoni and vegetable lovers pizza.
I lived in Chicago along time ago and was very excited when I had a short layover and wanted to introduce my wife to Chicago style deep dish pizza. Extremely disappointed, it looks appetizing but I am pretty sure microwave costco pizza tastes much better. Wish I would have had subway next door.
Don't do it. The pizza was pre-made and just sitting there. My friend let me try the crust and it was the worst I've ever had. It led to his first time using a bathroom on the airplane. Who knows what time they had made the pizza.
Caution: There's a reason they don't have long lines. This pizza ???? tastes terrible. I'm saddened to even write this review. My reasoning behind writing this review is to prevent others from being mislead. I thought the pizza would taste like Uno Pizzeria & Grill. Unfortunately, Uno Express is a fraud. The pizza is flavorless, the crust dry and the sauce doesn't resemble tomato sauce. ???? Not only did I lose money, and my appetite, my wife did too. You don't have to do the same. Avoid eating at Uno Express. (near gate E7 Delta, O'Hare airport)
Don’t recommend. The tomato sauce is just concentrate tomatoes, blunt. No taste. Pizza was already made, they reheated it. Service was good.
Awful! First of all, staff were chaotic and confusing customers with their orders. The food overpriced but it's the airport so kind of expected. The food looks pretty good... till you eat it (at least what I deemed to be edible once I took a bite). The crust was tasteless and drier than the desert. The sauce wasn't spread evenly and there was a lot of it. Cheese and pepperoni was best part which made it look good. Thinking back to it now, it may be labeled a deep dish and even look like it but it was honestly 60-70% crust. If you have other options, I would highly recommend something else.
Grabbed a “pizza” and hotdog during my layover around dinner time. I am not a picky pizza person, but this was a new low. Crust was like an old dehydrated biscuit without any trace of salt. Sauce was too sparse and unflavored to overcome blandness of the crust. It was just a bad experience because it looked and smelled like a pizza, but no flavor or texture of what you expected.
Hotdog was ok but amount of mustard they put in the dog was overwhelming. the bread was too soft/moist considering the amount of wet toppings. I’m not as familiar with Chicago-style dogs (I’ve had Chicago-style pizza many times before), but it was like eating a taco with an undersized tortilla.
