Very relaxed atmosphere, even during busy seasons. Gives excellent haircuts, and listens to customers directions (an anomaly in Brooklyn). Universal came recommended by friends and family. Since I started going there I have not gone anywhere else.

Today i was with my sister at the salon and she was very happy with the service ,she really enjoyed also they served drinks in there and Wow this hair salon need a 5 star .Its very clean and friendly atmosphere .Love it ⭐️⭐️
