Great air show today hosted by McConnell Air Force Base. A+
Approached main gate the other day and a young security guard (A1C) if I remember addressed me as to have a great day Msgt and thanked me for my service. It gave me such a great sense of pride. It really made me feel proud. That kind of welcome used to be an everyday welcome but I don't see that much anymore. Didn't get the airman's name but kudos to him and he should be commended.
Enjoyed the airshow today!
The air show was great. Got there early, lines moved quickly, spent more time there than expected because I was having so much fun. Got invited into the VIP section for lunch. Left exhausted and happy. Thank you McConnell.
Went there for an air show did a great job controlling traffic.
Lots of walking ???????? and no place to sit except on the ground
Was only there once about 14 yrs back it was the most interesting I had ever spent,I would dearly love to return one day that's where I first saw "doc"
