No restroom for customers, only one working fuel pump, receipt printer didn’t work, but seems the the card reader and cash register work fine.
I was in there tonight, just after 9. The rude woman literally looked at me and said I ain't doing no shakes only dips. Store wasn't busy. She was on her phone. This place is a joke.
Employees are always friendly and helpful. Love U Drive perks. Ice cream is great.
Most times it good, but the recent shake I received was poor. Way too much milk, and barely any ice cream, and the requested mix was barely noticeable. Not sure what happened to the old crew, but it doesn't feel better than what it used to be.
The manager, Kim, doesn’t care about her employees. Lets minors work 8 hour shifts without breaks because the other employees don’t know how to do anything. She literally doesn’t care if you’re dying, she will make you come to work. Go to 7/11
I stopped in for a cool drink. As I went to the the counter I heard a lady ask if the store had a restroom and the cashier replied we don't have a fu@king restroom and rolled her eyes ...I returned the drink to the cooler and left....not a place for children.
There is no question this place needs a refresh. It appears poorly maintained from the outside and inside. The place is always busy and service is usually adequate. They do have excellent ice cream and shakes. I mostly only use the outside gas pumps and rarely visit for ice cream due to the overall condition of the establishment.
This is my go to place for milked shakes. However they don't do shakes after a certain time at night. I love taking late night drives from Hamilton out to Hueston Woods and back, and it would be nice to me able to sip on the best milk shakes in Hamilton.
