Went for a hair trim and shampoo, Yaya cut my hair and gave my scalp a massage ????I try to visit at least every three months but should go more frequently. Thank you Yaya, hope I spelled your name correctly.
I really like Yaya. She knows exactly how to cut my hair, so it makes me look good and easy to maintain. Getting an appointment is a breeze.
Super friendly staff and very accommodating. I give this place only 2 stars because what I asked for did not come out to my liking although I tipped them for their time and efforts. The lady who initially was doing my hair didn't know what she was doing or as it seemed, so two other gals had to step in.. if she was being trained, she needed to be supervised which was not the case. Whatever solution they put in my hair burned the front part of my scalp and behind my ears (please see photos). At the time I told them that I felt like my skin was burning but all they did was get me a towel. Although I FULLY SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES, I probably won't be coming back even though the prices are pretty good.
Great customer services and the salon looks very clean and organized.
Excellent service. Took my son in to get a perm and they did exactly what we asked. My son hasn't been able to stop looking at himself in the mirror since. The ladies were very nice.
I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. Later, I arrived on time and let them know I had an appointment. I noticed both stylists were in the beginning stages of highlighting clients’ hair. No one said how long the wait would be, so I was hoping another stylist would come out. A couple minutes later, a man walked in and asked how long the wait was for a haircut. A stylist said, “15 minutes.” I waited for 15-20 minutes before I asked how long the wait, and a stylist said, “15 minutes.” It appeared to be only 2 stylists working and they weren’t even halfway done with the highlight foils. I decided to go elsewhere due to poor/no service.
I had made the appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait, and I felt like they had no consideration for my time and value as a customer.
I’ve been going to Kimi since 2006 and she has always done a great job. I get a lot of compliments and have referred numerous friends and family.
Kimmy has been by Hairstylist for many years and is really talented with highlights, colors and cut. Her work is very professional and she takes the time to talk and communicate to make sure the client is happy.
I recommend Kimmy for children and men haircuts she's amazing and she takes pride in her work, not to mention super sweet. I don't know what i'd do without her. I give her Salon and the other Stylist's a 10 Star rating. Thank you Kimmy you're the greatest!
