This station is for bus and train. It is clean and cozy, there are many restaurants inside. Busy but very organized this station.
The place is relatively clean, but it's not pleasant to walk in some of the dining areas because there are strange people, so you just have to get used to ignoring the phenomenon. You can easily find the counters for the train or for the departure for buses and taxis towards the city. If you are already leaving the station, I highly recommend taking a walk in the city or taking the subway (where making a ticket to load money is very frugal)
This station is for train, bus and for taxi. I was there for bus from New York to Washington DC. It is clean and cozy, there are many restaurants, food corners, stores, toilet and sitting areas. Busy but very organized.
They have very rude and annoying people working here seeming to serve no useful purpose. Got yelled at for dropping people off where I always have in the past. Should work on better training your employees and having better drop-off signage and protocols in place. Do better!
Getting picked up and dropped off from the flix and greyhound bus area was a nightmare. The signs say kiss and ride, but everything was blocked off for no discernible reason, with no explanation on where to go instead. Everyone in the garage was unhelpful and rude, yelling at us that we were in the wrong spot without explaining what to do instead. My husband drove toward me to pick me up after I had been waiting for 20 minutes in the cold cuz he couldn’t figure out how to get in, and a group of workers followed me and yelled at us while I was trying to go toward him, some of them trying to block the car with their body, just saying “no you can’t” very angrily but not offering help. I ended up just trying to get around them and putting my things in the car quickly while they continued to yell at me. There were no other cars, busses, or construction in the vicinity, we were not blocking anything, there was no reason to treat me this way. They clearly wanted my husband to drive away from me, but to where I don’t know. While I had been waiting even, just standing there, workers questioned and reprimanded me without offering help, which was confusing and upsetting. This was truly one of the worst and most confusing experiences I have ever had and I hope they fix something and make it more clear and that the workers start understanding how confusing it is and treat people more kindly, it makes me scared to go back there again.
There are so many homeless people asking for money which is sad but I've encountered some violent people which really makes it a scary place too. It's a free for all with some people walking dogs and some riding bikes. Over the past year, it seems things are getting a little better. More stores opened up recently and I think they brightened the dingy depressing lighting in some areas. I hope management figures out how to make it a great place again.
Great experience and easy to get information. The only issue sometimes are bus delays or changes.
It is one single station for bus ,taxis and Amtrak Trains. It is nice and clean with seating areas and washrooms. You can find food court and multiple stores to utilize your waiting time.
