The office staff should be ashamed of themselves. I've dealt with nothing but issues since day one due to their incompetence. I called today because my sons forms were filled out by staff with the wrong date, and GILLIAN took her sweet time, 35 minutes before she fixed the problem. I explained to her that my son was sitting at his soccer game, unable to play because of the error. But she didn't care! Someone who has 0 empathy does not belong working in an office with CHILDREN!
The more I rushed her to fix this, the more she wanted to explain how her office didn't make a mistake, as if that was the priority. Its upsetting because the doctors really are wonderful, but they need to invest in CAPABLE staff because in the end the KIDS are the ones SUFFERING.
The doctors are great people and very thorough. Love Dr. Kiran especially. However, the office staff do not follow through with anything they say. In addition, the last 3 appointments I've had, the office staff has called me to either reschedule or try to have me come in at a different time that day. They do not cater to working families' availability. My son has been going here for about 14-15 years but I just can't deal with the disorganization anymore. Also, plan to park on the street. Mondays and Fridays are rough around there from 1-4pm.
I am very disappointed on the waiting that kids have to endure to see a doctor. I’ve been waiting over 3 hours to see the doctor even though i have an appointment. The doctor is great but that is why appointments exist, To don't waste people time.They should manage the schedule better.
Generally speaking, the staff upstairs including Doctors, receptionists, techs, nurses are wonderful. They are very helpful . The phone isn’t always answered but it is because that is such a busy office. Also, the wait time is very long and just know appointments are never running on schedule. I believe It’s a busy office because they do a great job treating children. Unfortunately I could only rate 3 stars because down stairs is horrible. The wait time in my experience has exceeded 3 hours on a Saturday. Today they took 30 minutes to call my daughter in and there was NO child inside . The women were just talking away and ignoring the fact that I was waiting to speak to them at the window. Very unprofessional appearance and very disrespectful. I have to say that the Spanish young girl that usually sits there was not in at the time as she is always good with answering questions. Who ever they had downstairs today I don’t recognize very well. I hope this office will reconsider who they are employing for shots because it downgrades such a great office.
This place is horrible , we made an appointment for a specific shot. When we got there they tell us its first come first serve. How is that a thing. You took us in to do a check up then tell us we dont have the shot. You just have to be kucky we have it the day you come in for an appointment. I will report this buisness because they now charged us for this visit knowing they did not have this shot. I wpuld like the owner of this buisness to reach me. We will be reporting to the BBB
I love Dr Sanduram. He has been my child’s doctor since birth. Elizabeth office staff are horrible. While I’m writing this review stafff put me on hold and I’ve been on hold for 22 minutes and counting. I’m on hold on my sons phone for 15 minutes and counting. So to sum it up I’ve been placed on hold on 2 phones and no one has picked up. Edison office was much better. I wonder if the Drs read these reviews because nothing has been done about it!!!!
Dr. Sundaram is the best doctor I've ever encountered. He has taken care of both of my children since they were infants. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time with each child. He genuinely cares not only about the children, but about their families. Yes, the office gets busy, but I don't mind waiting when I know my kids will be getting excellent care.
The absolute worst doctors office in the state, at least! The office over books appointment tines by 4x or 5x. Be prepared to wait at least 2 to 3 hours even with an appointment and even with a newborn. The physicians are incredibly rude and talk to parents and patients as if we are incompetent. The only doctor who I feel values patients at this office is Doctor Ragu.
