Very impressed with John and Mike's workmanship. They take the time to explain the issues and are very competent mechanics. Highly recommend them for transmission work. If I have any issues in the future they will sure be the ones I will go to, Their work is very reasonable.
Being from out of town and having a transmission issue, John the owner was able to take care of my problems. They repaired my truck in a timely manner and were very professional in all their correspondence with me. I highly recommend their shop for all your "under car needs". John and Mike would not let my truck leave their shop until all was right. Being a former mechanic I had alot of confidence and trust in them.
Have used Undercar for many years fixing my cars and trucks when I had issues with the drive line like transmission, clutch, differential, ETC Always fixed right and priced right. Very good shop to work with. I wish more places operated with this kind of integrity.
Smaller place with only a couple of mechanics. Slightly more cost than I could have spent in shady area of Milw but local. 18 month warranty rather than 12. Shared Ride fit me there and they were able to pick me up at my home miles or of town. They are honest and did a great job for me.
We received the referral from Jackson Auto in Jackson, WI when the transmission in our Jeep was acting up. They told us to give John a call at Undercar Quality Transmissions. The owner John was very nice. We set up a time to drop our Jeep off. Left our Jeep a few days for servicing. We Recd a phone call with estimate same day. Jeep was fixed. Issue solved. Very reasonable to repair. Very satisfied customers.
Replaced the transmission in our son's older car. The owner was very honest and they did great job. They had all the old parts to show me that they replaced and they guarantes their work. Definitely recommend them if you need transmission work.
