Carrie does amazing she has been cutting/styling my hair for years and now she does both my kids hair! I would recommend all the girls at the salon. I always appreciate being able to get appointments set up weeks in advance so I always know when I can get my hair done. Thanks girls!
Buyer beware. I have been getting perms for the past 13+ years without an issue until I came to this salon. The person who was supposed to be doing my hair called to cancel once I was already at the salon and so two other employees said they would jointly do my hair in between their other appointments. I'm not sure whether it was because they were distracted with those other appointments or they did not know what they were doing, but I lost my hairline as a result of this perm. It is finally growing back ~6 months later, but I have a long road ahead until it finally gets back to normal.
I dont complain often, as I have been coming to this salon for about 10 years with no issues. I got my hair highlighted a month or so ago, and ever since then, my hair has been falling out in clumps. The girl who they put on to do my hair, was very new. And I have a lot of hair, which it says in my file, but I also told the woman on the phone when I was making my appointment. The poor girl took 5 hours dying my hair. Like I said I have been coming here for years and it's taken them about 3 or 3.5 hours at most to do my hair and thats with styling. And when bleach is involved, 5 hours is too long. 4.5 of this was her dying it. She over processed the blonde, which is now coming out in clumps because of breakage. And I didn't get anything like the photo I showed her. The first couple days my hair was green and blue on the highlighted parts. Then a week or so after, it started falling out in clumps. I do not plan to bring my business here again.
Ruined my hair. Person doing my hair didn't know how to bleach black hair and left with tiger stripes after I asked for a balayage. It was my first time ever going to a salon to get something done, can never trust a salon ever again. Would highly suggest people of color to avoid this salon.
This was my first experience with Sade at Ultimate Touch. I was unable to get a quick appointment with my regular stylist for lowlights, highlights, and eyebrow wax and took a chance with with Sade. She did a fabulous job. She spent time asking me about my hair. She was super friendly, fun to talk to, and professional the whole time that I was there. I will second another review, the head massage during the shampoo was amazing! Sade went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my hair.
Sade was amazing with my wiggly boys for their hair cuts- I have taken them to her twice now- and will continue. When my little girl wanted her hair “cut” today she let her crawl up and “pretended” to cut her hair to help her feel included! It meant the world to me! She is such a woman of faith and it pours through her service to everyone. I am blown away at how sweet and loving she is to everyone- and she is so gentle and loving with children! She deserves well over 5 stars! The salon was clean, refreshing, and friendly! They did an amazing job and I will continue to visit Sade- my boys love her!
