I came in as a walk-in after I got off of work. Long story short, I love my nails. Christine was so sweet and super thorough. She went above and beyond. Her husband also made sure I got to my vehicle safely. Good people and she takes appointments!
Before arriving I called utilmate nails and the nail tech Ms. Kristina was very polite and informative as far as the services that I wanted . When I arrived the shop was very clean and filled with the most peaceful and sweetest atmosphere. My services were immaculate, Ms. Kristana took her time with me and my deluxe pedicure. Even when other customers arrived she did not rush and they were patient enough as she finished with my services . She explained the care of the gel polish and the care of my feet. I will most definitely be returning as long as she is in business. ????????????
1st timing visiting this establishment found online through reviews. You definitely won't be disappointed Mrs. Christine is very welcoming, patience and knowledgeable about nail health which is a super plus for me..has great personality & great conversation makes you feel appreciated and not just a client...definitely my new spot she is by appointment I like that too. Extra clean establishment..
Great place!! I usually get pedicures but I let Mrs. Christie do my nails and I love them. She really nailed the job no pun intended lol. My nails stayed on longer than a month.
She did an amazing job especially since she had to hurry being she’s the only one and had walk ins there was some stuff on the side of my nail tht was missed but ik she would typically get it along with the fact I missed it as well every step she asked if I liked it and if there was something she needed to fix! Very nice people and extraordinarily workers
Customer service was excellent. I love how they build rapport with the customers. Christine asks your name and address you by your name during your entire visit. The atmosphere was very pleasant, Christine and Man makes you feel welcomed and appreciate that you chose their establishment to do business with. My granddaughter nails came out beautiful, she was so happy and pleased, so was I.I definitely would recommend this place to my friends/family.
I have been seeing Christine for almost 8 years now. She used to have a tech there and now it’s just her, and honestly that is what I love about her shop!!!! She is very, very clean, attentive to my wants, and just all around sweet. I’ve been to other places and I always make my way back to Christines. She is mainly by appt now due to it just being her but she is so worth the wait( not that I have to wait to long anyways) but I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
I love this salon! Christine gives you her ultimate attention! My first time to go, I was a walk in. She welcomed me as if I was a long term customer. Very warm and friendly. She takes the time to get to know her customers. I wont go anywhere else!
