Took half of my eyebrow off and also burn me. I went the next day to talk to the manager to let her know what her work did and she was being so rude about it. She also told me to talk to the lady that did it to me cause she didn’t care. The lady just gave me something for them and didn’t want to give me my money back. Also made my eyebrows really thin and uneven.
Went for my eyelash extensions for the first time at this location and my eyes were literally burning from start to finish. Very uncomfortable situation. Its been 6hrs since getting my lashes done and my eyes are still uncomfortable and very red..I would not recommend coming here to get your eyelashes done. You’re better off paying more else where..Also the lady did not listen to what I wanted..
They provide a quality service. My nails look good even though she misunderstood what I wanted. My friend had her lashes done and I just might go back to have my eyebrows tattooed because they looked really natural on the person I saw.
The ladies here are very attentive and professional, the only thing is that my lashes weren’t as expected, they started falling off I day two so I had to go back and paid $22 for a refill , but everything is good

Gosh! I'm so upset! I made an appointment for 4pm and they have me wait for 30 minutes and they weren't sure when they would take me! I suggest don't make any appointments with the customer if you guys can't commit to it!!! Ridiculous!!! It w
ould have been my first time trying out this salon, I was referred by a coworker. But never mind I will just go somewhere else!!! Unhappy customer ????
For my first time getting my hair dyed, I had the most unfortunate experience ever. Was coming in to get two strips of my hair dyed and received a chemical burn and loss of hair. I am mortified of my experience and will never come here again. Was told by the hairstylist after I had my burn that it was natural and to put Vaseline on it. Like the Vaseline was going to magically cover the fact that I am now losing hair. Then, the unfortunate experience didn’t stop there. I had also gotten my eyebrows done here and basically came out with thinner eyebrows. The stylist didn’t even bother ask me how to get them done and just went in with the wax and took off my thick eyebrows which is now thinner brows then I had. If I could I give place this place a zero I would. Then to top it all off, the hairstylist didn’t even offer to give back the money whether it was the full amount or partial.
