They put a new, heavy duty clutch in our truck back in January 2021. In November 2021, we took it back to them because the clutch was failing. It's a 6 speed manual in a Dodge dually. They tried to say it the actual transmission that was the problem and wanted to charge us over $4500! Since we don't use the truck much, we declined. Since then, we had analyzed at 2 other shops, and both said it's the clutch!! So now we are paying another $1200 to fix the $1600 problem Tynes wouldn't warranty! We will never go back!
Called over there and was told they were there till 5:30pm I get over there and the sign said 4:30pm so the office crew is gone. There was a middle aged man there that had just pulled in with a truck on the roll back. He motioned me to come in and do the paper work. I was waiting on a lady to bring me the money. He said you can wait in the car. He got in a pick-up and left. I didn't know where my car was and how was I supposed to know what to do with the money. So we left too. So now I have to go back over there tomorrow.
Needed a quick tire repair on our SxS today and was in and out in the door in ~30 minutes.
