Unprofessional representation within the company. Shady and horrible customer service. Situations are handled emotionally instead of professionally, and individuals are treated inappropriately. Driver's who are looking for stability and job security should not apply here, I would recommend to look the other way. You will not be appreciated as a worker no matter what kind of work ethic you bring to the table.
I wish I didn't have to pick a star because this company deserves zero stars. Customer service is terrible! My package never arrived on the scheduled shipping date and they kept pushing it back each time! Would not give an answer as to why it wasn't delivered.. Never apologetic.. Luckily the original pilot company heard of my situation and quickly found another delivery service to get my package delivered immediately!
If i could zero stars i would. They not only held onto my package for an entire week. They dropped it off this morning. Apparently they are not allowed to drive onto a driveway so they left my 500lb package directly next to the road, damn near on the road. They said they got it as close as they could to the property. Do not use them period
This company partners with Pilot Freight Services for local deliveries. I scheduled delivery through Pilot Freight Services' website for 4/16 between 3 and 7 p.m. After taking off early from work, I came home and saw an email from this company (sent at 2:13 p.m.) asking that I contact them to schedule a delivery. I responded to let them know that I already had a delivery scheduled and was home to sign for the shipment. They responded that they had just received the shipment that day, and their first available delivery date was 6 days later. I'm not taking off work again for a 4-hour deliver window. Based on the reviews for this company, it probably wouldn't deliver at the scheduled time. I cancelled the shipment and better get a refund.
Just got the finger from one of the drivers for about two miles the whole way down fulling mill rd in Middletown!? Curious what I did to deserve this? Very unprofessional and really just not a nice thing to do. Anyone can flip the bird and drive off if you have a problem with someone do something about it don’t flick me off and drive away. Thats a really weak move. Interestingly enough all the phone #’s online and on the truck are disconnected.
Little wait but overall they will listen to you , u can park on street if u are earlier than appointment , just exchange contacts so they can call u when load is ready
On December 31st 2019 I received delivery of a Thule Roof Box. Upon delivery it took 3 people to get the box off the truck. I asked them what I need to do in order to finalize the delivery. Their response to me was "we need a signature for this before you bring it inside, we cannot bring it inside for you." The 3 men from the truck expressed they were in a hurry since it was new years eve. At no point in time was I allowed to inspect the item upon delivery without bringing it inside, which was not possible to do unless I signed for it first. I signed for the delivery and brought the box inside. Upon opening the box inside I discovered the entire front of the roof box is destroyed. This item is not useable In any way. I now have to go through the warranty process with the manufacturer and wait months for a resolution. Completely unprofessional and highly recommend using alternative option for truck services.
First of all the guys working the truck went to the wrong address. Then I flagged them down from half a block away saying the easiest thing woul be to drive down the alley behind my house (wide alley, plenty of room). Then they went up the street half a block in the other direction to yet another wrong address. Again I flagged them down from the alley behind my house. Then they drove the truck to the front of my house and sat there (They had disappeared and I had no idea where they were.) They insisted the only place they could drop off the item (a heavy fire pit) was on the sidewalk in front of my house—on the sidewalk. These two guys were very disrespectful and unhelpful. I DO NOT recommend this company.
