Great experience with this company! I was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change, and they had finished the service within an hour. Will definitely use them in the future!
Nice staff, clean bathroom, and staff will pump your gas (cost a little more), but especially helpful if you have a disability.
Google seriously needs to start allowing a review without stars because after my experience they deserve none. Rental checkout was fast and easy and the young man I chopped it up with over Turner's Iced Tea was super cool. -- When I returned, I was greeted almost dismissively by the bald guy working the counter, and was accused of damaging the vehicle and all but brazenly accused of lying about it with a sneer of "be honest." the literal ONLY way to perform the damage accused of would be by high speed impact into a pole or stanchion, in which case i likely would have TIPPED such a large vehicle (fifteen footer). The guy didn't do a return walk around or any checkout paperwork with me, just went out on his own then came back in going "oh this damage was there and it's not on my paper plus you didn't get the insurance so you HAD to have done it "BE HONEST" ???? like i have any reason to lie, I'm a professional driver with a AAA premier membership. and the comment about me not getting "their" insurance? I'd LOVE to see that hold up in court. How do i know that HE didn't do it? He says I don't have photos from checkout...well neither did he. My checkout papers don't say anything about damages..

Yet there's NUMEROUS scratches and dents that were pointed out before i checked out that I was told not to worry about. then he outright refused to check the vehicle in, and/or give me any form of receipt (likely assuming they could just take an unauthorized amount out of my account). I'll be avoiding this place like a PLAGUE from now on. Thankfully my bank agreed to block any surcharge besides the original $178 and change agreed upon. NO STARS.
Small town service in a busy bustling neighborhood. They make you feel that your business is important to them and do their best to provide everyone superior service.
First shop I've ever encountered that turns down jobs because they can't move the vehicle onto their lift because it won't start. Shouldn't an auto repair shop have the ability to move large disabled vehicles into their garage? Or maybe the job was too hard for them? I don't know, I guess nobody wants to work anymore.
Great service , the men there took great care of my families vehicle, they are honest and trustworthy, well worth every penny I spent on fixing the vehicle!
Good and friendly service at fair prices. My wife has taken her car there for service since we moved to Forest Hills. Recently she had a hole in her exhaust and instead of saying she would have to pay msrp for a manufacturer replacement they referred us to Marty's Muffler and welding in North Versailles. 1800 part turned into a $60 fix in under half an hour.
I love tykes!!! It's super hard to find a good and trustworthy mechanic, especially for single women. When I first went to tikes I was quoted a reasonable amount for my repair, I returned with cash in hand and when I went to hand it to the mechanic he stopped me and told me the cost was less than expected! I was so surprised because he didn't have to tell me that and could've just over charged me and I wouldn't have known the difference. This made me a loyal trusting customer and now i won't go anywhere else. I refer everyone i know to them. They've never been rude to me. They're not overly talkative most of the time. They just always get the job done! Great prices, honesty, and quality work....what more can you ask for.
