This AAA certified Mobil service station is real gem in Brighton. If you're looking to get some service right in the heart of it all, you can't find a better place. Knowledgeable, friendly mechanics and good service. Can't be beat. When we have to take our car for service, this is where we go.
During the three years that our two cars have been serviced and repaired at Twelve Corners, our faith in their professionalism has been confirmed. Whether handling battery problems, damaged tires, or regular maintenance, they were prompt, courteous, and accurate in their diagnosis. Well aware that no one can be perfect 100 per cent of the time, we have never found a less than excellent level of performance by this crew.
One of the few service stations I have worked with where I don't feel like I'm being nickel and dimed. Deacon knows he serves the local community, and the mechanics are more than happy to step out of the garage to provide tips. A little courtesy goes a long way - both ways!
My daughter's car broke down in August 2019. I happened to be in town from Massachusetts. We called Twelve Corners Mobil and are very glad we did. Service was prompt, professional and competent. Her car had to be towed to Twelve Corners Mobil and by the next morning the care was repaired and ready to drive. I would not hesitate to call them in the future for service but hope I don't need to.
12 Corners Mobil is an honest business. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. As a woman, it is nice to know I can go there for advice and service and not be taken advantage of. That is a rare find in this business. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone for your vehicle needs.
When asking the tow truck driver the price he immediately flew off the handle while In front of customers. Upon exiting he then began swearing under his breath so I asked him what the issue was in the parking lot and the driver approached me physically. I then called management to file a complaint and was spoken to even worse by the manager. He then proceeded to say we will never send another tow truck or vehicle to your place instead of simply apologizing for there drivers. One of the rudest companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. A truly shocking experience to say the least.
Very poor customer service. Multiple broken promises on timelines of getting the car back. When I finally got it back after a month to replace one ball joint and put on 4 new tires, he hands the keys over saying that at the last minute he realized it was coding and would not pass inspection. Huge waste of time, no savings made, and a stressful experience for me to have to make multiple trips to the shop to hassle the mechanic for updates.
After an mechanical problem which required towing, our insurance agency (Allstate) hooked us up with Twelve Corners Towing. When Twelve Corners called me, I asked how long it would be before they got to us. "Within the hour", was the response. At the one-hour mark I called to ask where they were. They said they were coming. At the 90-minute mark I called again. They said, in an annoyed tone, that they had just told me they were on the way. At the 100-minute mark we gave up on them. I should add that it was a lovely day, so there were no weather delays.
